Cozy historic 1920's fully remodeled 1,200 sq. ft. bungalow with covered front porch with porch swing and additional seating for two.  Sunny and bright with comfortable accomodations for four people with hardwood floors throughout and two queen bedrooms, one and half bathrooms, natural gas fireplace in living room with seating for two, ductless air conditioning, air purifier and tankless water heater.  Fully equipped kitchen with seating for four in the breakfast nook and formal seated dining for four.

Living room with natural gas fireplace with seating for two and comfortable sofa and 55 inch TV with cable. Bring Fido with prior aproval and pet rent paid; pet amenities include dog bed, pair of bowls, leash and refuse baggies.  Plenty of off street parking located directly behind the property.
