Included amenities; dishes, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, crockpot, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner (outside shower only), sheets, bath & hand towels, starter supplies of toilet paper, dish & dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels & toilet paper, iron & ironing board.
Outdoor charcoal grill with limited supplies.

Plenty of parking in the driveway for 6 vehicles including boat or camper
*50 amp E.V. for charging car (No charger) or plug in a camper.

MareBella Is a great spot to enjoy and relax at the beach!

*** Please do not use flushable wipes.
$100 fee will be charged if septic pump is clogged during your stay. Red light on pump will come on.

* We also offer properties in Surf City. Check out Palm Breeze in the heart of Surf City 1 block from the pier. OR try Belle BrĂ­sa. Canal front with Dock and boat slip. Bring your water toys!
Long term off season rental available. Call or text manager with questions, custom days, or other arrangements.

The house was as described plus very welcoming. There was plenty of seating area in the gathering tv room. The street in front was lightly traveled so pets could be walked easily. There were many pets in the area houses. A plus for us was a turtle nest near the beach access right across the street and the turtles hatched while we were there.

George was a great host. He was very informative throughout the whole process. His home is fantastic. The location is perfect as it’s only steps away from the beach. The amenities were as stated on the site. Everything we needed and more. The house was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for families.

The location is excellent, with ocean views and just across from the beach access. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

Was a great property with the best beach access. Beautifully decorated and it wanted for nothing. Best part was that we got to bring our two dachshunds who had a great time on the beach. Thanks for being a pet friendly house.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at Marebella. It was possibly the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Communication with the owner was spot on. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Great location and super clean

This was a great location with easy access to the beach. Host was very responsive and property was super clean. Will definitely stay here again!
