One of THE BEST VRBO properties we’ve had the pleasure & privilege of staying in! Clean, comfortable, well-appointed kitchen, outstanding ocean view & quick/easy walk to the beach. The owners are friendly & easy to communicate with. They have thought of everything. This is a property we will return to again & again!

This beach home never disappoints.. for my family and I… such a great place to relax and unwind.. nice treat watching dolphins in the morning while enjoying coffee on the deck....and while on the beach .sunrises are wonderful...fully stock with beach chairs umbrellas bicycles for adults and kiddos… cow fin and sears landing are our two favs to eat at… we love this place and will be coming back years to come… hope you guys enjoy it too…. thank you tom

This was our 2nd stay at this property, and we just booked our 3rd visit for next summer. The home has absolutely everything you need to have a fun and relaxing beach vacation! It is a quick walk to the beach from the house! Tom is so kind and helpful! If you are trying to decide what to do, book this house! But, please don't book it for a week when we want to go. :)

Another great stay at the perfect Beach rental. I cannot say enough good things about the property, the location, the front porch with ocean views and the easy access to the beach. It keeps me coming back year after year. The host, Tom, is very friendly and makes sure your needs are met for a relaxing stay. This past week I had the pleasure of meeting Tom and he is a wealth of knowledge on the area and gave me some great tips on places to eat and have fun. Thank you for a great stay!

We've stayed in Tom's Egrets Walk for the last four years. It's close to where our family congregates for our yearly family reunion. There is always plenty of room. He supplys all amenities you could want. We come from the other side of the country and can't haul sheets and towels and whatever else on the plane. That's a huge plus! He's always ready to help if there's a need. Highly recommend.

The house was very clean and well stocked. The rooms were very nice and the beds slept well. The host was very attentive.The view was awesome. Our puppy was able to use the stairs and loved the backyard.

We have stayed at this property twice a year for several years and always enjoy it. The covered front porch is one of our favorite places to relax and the well-equipped kitchen is great.

The house has many amenities for a fun and relaxing stay with an ocean view and in just 75 steps we’re on the beach! Great location with plenty of parking. shopping and restaurants just a short drive away. Very enjoyable stay!

Wonderful place with everything you need!Perfect location with the beach right across the road and convenient. Restaurants and playgrounds only a few miles away.The house is very clean and has everything you need for the beach. We were able to travel and not bring a single beach item except our bathing suits. I would highly recommend and stay again if traveling to this area. Hosts were great!
