Njut av en avkopplande semester i ett ljust glatt öppen planlösningshus med vacker havsutsikt och enkel tillgÄng till stranden inom 400 fot pÄ bÄda sidor om huset. Huset ligger 2. 5 mil söder om butikerna och restaurangerna i Surf City och fyra miles norr om butikerna och restaurangerna pÄ Topsail Beach. Det finns mer Àn tillrÀckligt med utrymme under huset för att parkera fyra bilar och ocksÄ plats för flera bilar att parkera pÄ grÀset bredvid uppfarten. Det finns en sluten dusch under huset samt en öppen diskplats. Det finns ocksÄ ett trevligt sittomrÄde framför kolgrillen. Direkt bakom grillomrÄdet finns ett förrÄd med en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare, solstolar och ett parasoll, strandvagn och 6 cyklar. Det bÀsta med allt Àr den bredtÀckta verandan med sex höga Adirondack-stolar och ett matchande bord. Den tÀckta verandan kommer att hÄlla den varma solen och regnet frÄn dig medan du njuter av 3 havsutsikt. PÄ baksidan av huset finns ett tÀckt dÀck med ett picknickbord skuggat av trÀd. Det vÀlmöblerade vardagsrummet har en 55 tums Samsung Led-TV med kabel, Netflix och en blÄ-ray DVD-spelare. Det vÀlfyllda köket har gott om diskutrymme och fyra bÀnkpallar. Alla fyra sovrummen har queen size-sÀngar. Tre av dessa har en 3 tum tummadrass och en Àr fast. Det finns tvÄ badrum, ett med duschkar och det andra endast med dusch.

The house has many amenities for a fun and relaxing stay with an ocean view and in just 75 steps we’re on the beach! Great location with plenty of parking. shopping and restaurants just a short drive away. Very enjoyable stay!

Egrets Walk had all amenities you could possibly ever need. From the front covered porch, we had an awesome view of the ocean, and enjoyed watching the sunrise from the porch.

We came from Tenn to see our marine. Home was abundantly furnished with all our needs. Communication with owner was amazing. Home was clean and convenient to the beach, without all the hustle bustle traffic. Very comfortable stay! Our fur child loved her first beach visit. We will definitely book here again if we return to the area.

This is an amazing rental. Looks even better than the pictures. House has everything you need for an amazing vacation. The covered front porch with an ocean view is perfect for morning coffee or a place to relax if it rains.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Egret’s Walk. The house is laid out nicely with a covered porch with a view of the water. It’s very close to the beach access which was convenient with young kids! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and even a beach cart. There were also 6 bikes in very good shape that we used to bike to the sound side of the island and enjoy the sunsets. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. Overall it was a great experience!

Another awesome family vacay

This is our third time in this beautiful home in Surf City. We love this location. The house is perfect,the communication with Tom is always quick they have a fenced in area. Great for the dogs. Just walk across the street and you're at the beach. We definitely will be back

The home was very nice and very clean. They had supplies i dont usually get and there was plenty. Paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, and beach equipment. Tom was very nice and professional when we chatted. Also location was great!!!

Great memories made!

This is our second year staying here with our family. The home is always very clean, plenty of towels and linens. Tom is always very quick to respond if we have a problem. Second row and still a very short wall to the beach. We will be coming back!
