2. 5 mil till Charlestown Beach / 3 minuters promenad till Ningret Pond! Ta ditt kaffe eller ett glas vin för en promenad till fantastisk utsikt över solnedgången över dammen!
Beläget på en lugn körfält i ett privat saltdammarsamhälle bara några minuter från havet, är detta två våningar 1700 kvadratmeter modernt perfekt för avkoppling efter en dag på stranden eller båtliv på saltdammet. Denna Tockwotten Cove-pärla har ett vackert vitt kök med granit, välvda tak, stort däck med Weber-grill och trådlöst internet.
Det finns plats för två familjer eller att låta barnen ha ett eget utrymme.

Övre våningen har ett kök, vardagsrum, två sovrum och badrum med reglage på ett avkopplande däck. På bottenvåningen finns ett stort familjerum, ett tredje sovrum och badrum.

En strandpass till Charlestown stadsstrand och Blue Shutter Town-stranden är utrustad med hemmet.

Saltdammet är ett underland - fiske, klamra, kajakpaddling, vattenskidor - njut av allt!
Båtar kan sjösättas på dammet vid en offentlig båtutsättning utanför Charlestown Beach Road eller vid State Beach Breachway. Kajaker eller pontongbåtar kan alla hyras för användning i saltdammet. Njut av kaffe och scones i det lokala bageriet eller ta i de pittoreska butikerna i Cross Mills. Stugan ligger bara 40 minuter från Foxwoods Casino eller Newport och minuter till spektakulära golfbanor!

A beautiful comfortable house in a great location

We are a family of two 70-somethings, two forty-somethings and a wonderful (nearly) two-year old girl. While she slept and napped comfortably (in a pack and play) on the (quiet) first floor, her parents and grandparents slept upstairs. The house worked perfectly for us.

Home Away From Home

The Costello house was truly lovely and comfortable. Well decorated, spacious, warm and inviting, we loved it from the moment we arrived. We loved the comfortable couches and chairs at the end of a long day, and all the accommodations were just what we needed. We stayed for 2 nights but could have stayed for the week. Our host Deb was wonderful and available as we needed. Thank you to Deb for the great weekend we had at her special home.

Beautiful house, great owners

We have stayed in RI for 5+ years and have been enjoying the area for many years before that. Bart and Deb made this stay comfortable and easy for our family. Beach pass was so helpful and appreciated. Home was comfortable and beautiful! We will def rent again!

Just perfect

The house was perfect. Light, bright and airy. As we went in the winter we were thrilled to find everything we needed to roast, boast and toast. Beds are super comfortable. Lots of hot water. Excellent proximity to Newport, Narragansett and Westerly.

This lovely house was such a sanctuary of peace. Not only house itself- the soothing colors and charming decor - but the neighborhood was lovely and quiet as well. My husband and I kept commenting how happy we were that we'd chosen that house...

A relaxing Easter getaway

The house was very nice and well stocked. Super clean and up to date. Deb was a great host and replied quick with any questions we had. We spent the weekend walking on the beaches and eating at the different restaurants. Our son goes to URI so we were up there to spend the holiday with him. The closeness of the house to the school and all kinds of sights and things to do was perfect. Would definitely rent here again

Perfect Getaway

Over the years, we’ve rented quite a few vacation homes that didn’t quite live up to the promise of their photos. The Costello House in Charlestown, however, far exceeded our expectations. Everything about it was beautifully done, from the incredibly comfortable beds to the wonderful gathering areas with inviting seating that made relaxing a true pleasure. The deck is great for enjoying the outdoors and offered the use of a very nice grill as well. Given that our trip was a reunion of sorts with my sister and her husband, whom we hadn’t seen in two years, it was simply the perfect place. When we weren’t catching up, we were exploring and spent quite a few days at the nearby beaches, specifically Charlestown and Blue Shutters for which our hosts provided passes. Our favorite was Blue Shutters for its protection on windy days and its pavilion which offered very clean bathrooms and changing areas. We had a marvelous meal at the Breachway Grill and highly recommend it. Being covid cautious we appreciated the available outdoor seating. There is also a wonderful small grocery, Charlestown Mini Super, only a few minutes from the house. Don’t let its looks from the outside fool you. Aside from a wide selection of foodstuffs, condiments, and the usual things (in small sizes) that you look for on vacation, the Seafood/Deli/and Butcher counter was a wonder. Very fresh fish, wide choice of cold cuts and cheese, and prime offerings of beef, chicken, and pork. It made it easy to prepare several delicious meals. Don’t miss the bakery counter on your way out! All in all, I would return to the Costello house any time we decide on another Rhode Island trip. We left feeling rested and renewed, and just a little sad at having to leave. Don’t pass up the chance to rent this property, but please leave us a week or two for next year!

Peaceful and close to everything!

A perfect summer vacation for the family! Close to beaches, ice cream shops, kayak center, shops. Great neighborhood for riding bikes, going for walks, and the house is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Deb was also very helpful with recommendations and always quick to respond. A truly spectacular vacation!

Beautiful Charlestown Home

Their home was clean, comfortable, located close to beaches and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who would like to vacation in Charlestown RI. It was a memorable trip as the country states and towns are reopening.

Excellent Stay! Wish we'd had better weather!

Very clean and the owner was a joy to work with. Would love to stay again possibly during the summertime, if it's not booked! Teens had the entire downstairs with adults enjoying upstairs. Beachy, cute decor. Close to everything.

Charming

The house was perfect! The old kids had a space downstairs while the you get kids and momma’s had space upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and Deb was super helpful if we had any questions. She even suggested a perfect place to see the sunset and it was a highlight of our stay!!
