Welcome to our newly renovated relaxing retreat in the center of Wilmington, where Southern hospitality meets coastal allure. Our cozy 3 bedroom home is nestled in a serene neighborhood, just minutes away from major attractions like the Wrightsville Beach, Mayfaire, Biggers Market, Airlie Gardens, and Downtown Wilmington. Our home has a large backyard, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening barbecue with loved ones. Inside, you'll find a curated guidebook with our favorite local spots.

We were here in Wilmington for our son’s Ironman 70.3. The house was in a perfect location for his events, the beach and downtown area. Also close to restaurants, shopping and grocery store. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was perfect! Enough room for 4 adults, a lovely screened in porch and outdoor area to relax. The house was very clean and perfectly decorated. I was ready to move in. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

We greatly enjoyed the Shore Break House! It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to any store you could need. It’s very clean & comfy. Host is quick to communicate & answer questions.

My family and I were in Wilmington for my Dad’s birthday and rented the house for a week. The space was beautiful and felt so comfortable and clean! The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. My 2 year old had so much space to run around and loved the back yard. We cooked and baked and the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials (bowls, measuring cups, etc). We definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to go back!!

Our family had a fantastic stay. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was beautiful and clean. The outdoor spaces provided a pleasant place to wake up in the morning or relax at the end of the day. The house was a 10-minute drive to the beach. I would highly recommend this house and will stay here again.

Girls Weekend

The house was perfect for our weekend reunion! Pictures show a very accurate preview for your visit! Bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed! Living & dining room are very spacious! The outdoor area was so nice and inviting! We wish the weather was a little warmer and we could have enjoyed the screened in porch! Host checked in over the weekend and communicated often. They had several dining and shopping suggestions.

Fabulous family house

The house was perfect for all of us, 4 adults, with comfortable rooms and beds. We enjoyed hosting Thanksgiving dinner in the spacious dining area and the private screen porch was an added bonus. The location is perfect for all Wilmington has to offer.
