About this space
Bring the whole family to this great place with plenty of space and even a game room to enjoy!
Close to Everything!! Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. 20 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes to ski resorts, and less than 5 minutes to two major highways.
Located in a gated neighborhood but close to shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment areas. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen along with Game Room, Exercise Equipment
The space
House has 4 Beds with Additional Queen pull-out Sofa Bed. The downstairs living area is a Game/Exercise room. There is a king bed and 3 queens!
Three and a half bathrooms in the townhome, meaning plenty of bathroom space for your group!
A dedicated workspace upstairs makes it easy to work remotely. The host can provide a monitor if needed!
Open Kitchen gives the ability to interact with others while cooking. A loaded kitchen with essentials gives you the ability to cook your food. Keurig Coffee Maker for a fresh morning start.
2 Car garage with an additional two cars can fit on the driveway.

Guest access
You have access to the entire townhome.
The complex is gated and the gate closes from 9PM-6Pm (if you need to arrive later than this reach out to the host)
Other things to note
Additional rules
+ No smoking
+ There is an additional cost per guest. No unregistered guests allowed.
+ Please respect the noise curfew
+ Please respect check-in and check-out times
+ No parties or events
+ Eating and drinking in the bedrooms is not allowed.
+ Donât rearrange the furniture
+ Please wash your dishes
+ Please take the trash out before you leave
+ Please take good care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $15
+ No drugs or illegal substances allowed on the premises
+ Please take care of the furnishings. Guests are responsible to pay for damages.
+ Do not stain towels, linens or furniture with makeup, food or grease. Guests shall pay to replace stained items.
+ There is a $500 USD fine for smoking in the house.
Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
