Conveniently located just minutes from I-75 on Norris Lake, the cleanest lake in TN, in the quiet Twin Cove area overlooking Twin Cove Marina.
Love the lake and mountains? Want a convenient weekend getaway? Then we've got you set up!
This is an off-season rental only and is the ground floor level of the Twin Peak rental home that can be rented as a whole 6 bedroom/5 bathroom house, VRBO # 3333280, or just the upper unit 2 with 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, VRBO # 3595887.
This property is part of a two-unit home that can be rented as a whole or separately. This first floor only space offered only during the off season, October-April, for those small family or romantic getaway options is perfect for two couples or a small family with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and one bathroom.
This ground level 1200 sqft space boasts many amenities to make your stay so enjoyable you won't want to leave. The open main space provides a comfy sectional set up for Netflix and popcorn. Enjoy the big game while playing pool and hanging at the bar/island. The kitchenette provides everything needed to prepare great meals or even just simple frozen pizza in the convection microwave. Then walk out to the balcony with a sectional wrapped around a propane fire table, hot tub and access to a fire pit overlooking the beautiful mountain lake. A gas grill is provided and shared between the Unit 1 & 2.
The Twin Cove Marina provides a convenient boat ramp to slip your boat into the water. While this Marina is only open Memorial-Labor Day, many others stay open almost year around, there is still access to the ramp to put your boat in the water. If the lake levels are too low for this ramp, they drop from 1020 to around 1000, there is a public ramp only 15 minutes away as well.
Like to venture into the mud instead of the water? Check out the North Cumberland OHV Riding Area, Windrock and Royal Blue for loads of fun!
Looking for additional shopping/entertainment? We are 30 minutes from Knoxville for entertainment, and a little over an hour from Pidgeon Forge and the Smokey Mountains. Plenty of hiking trails nearby, as well as boat tours to enjoy the fall foliage from the water. Norris also offers horseback riding where you will enjoy the scenic views and historic civil war areas that surround Norris Lake, as well as multiple golf courses nearby.
For those that need to stay connected (even though we strongly encourage disconnecting from the outside world while here) we have provided high speed internet/Wi-Fi, and smart TV's.

- Liquor Barn and Dollar General are at the corner right off Exit 134 for any immediate needs, along with Jacks Bar & Grill next to the DG for some good local fair.
- Walmart, Food City, Walgreens, and Fast Food dining are less than 15 minutes away. We suggest Sidelines for a great family dinner.
- Knoxville is just over 30 minutes away. We recommend Gay St. for some great food and shopping, along with the Peter Kern Library Speakeasy just a road over in the Oliver Hotel for an elegant cocktail. When the weather permits you may even find a Shakespear play in the lawn!
- Pigeon Forge is a little over an hour away where there are many things to entertain and great food at The Local Goat.
- Kentucky Splash Waterpark is 45 min North.
- Ride Royal Blue Trails are 15 min North.
- Check out Norris Dam State Park for great pic opportunities along with local brewed beer at the Clinch Brewery.
- Cove Lake State Park is just across Ridge Rd which brings you to the home, and boasts 717 acres of hiking trails, forest, wetlands and diverse wild life.

Barry has been in the traditional property rental game for 25+ years and with a little prompting from Valerie, and the desire to enjoy our properties more we have decided to move into the vacation rental market. We've been able to provide multiple vacation homes for families to enjoy since 2018. It is our hope to provide a place for families and friends to enjoy year after year and create memories to last a lifetime! We chose Norris Lake for the beauty of the Mountains, and the perfection of the water for wake boarding, slalom skiing, surfing, tubing and barefooting.

Norris Lake is rated the cleanest lake in Tennessee with its teal blue waters encased by beautiful mountains takes our breath away every time we are on the water. With 34,000 acres of water and 800 miles of shoreline most of which is kept pristine thanks to wildlife management areas, three state parks, and 59 public access sites. The lake provides a rural feeling bringing you one with nature while also providing the entertainment and convenience of 21 marinas to enjoy great meals and live music with a view! The lake is popular for boating, fishing, water sports and even scuba diving. We specifically chose the Twin Cove area for its convenience off of the interstate, access to shopping both within town and proximity to Knoxville, only 30 minutes away, to expand our enjoyment of the area. This area of the lake is also very family friendly and with fewer rentals much better water to enjoy as there is less congestion. Twin Cove Marina is rated one of the best on the lake for their great food, entertainment and family friendly atmosphere.

We built this custom home with the intent to provide not only a fantastic place for multiple families to join together and enjoy but also during the "off-season" be separated into 2 units for smaller groups to enjoy. This way when you fall in love with the home there are multiple opportunities to stay without requiring the need of sharing the cost between families. With three levels there are plenty of ways for people to find their own space to find rest but also gather in larger common areas and enjoy each other.
We specifically focused on the fantastic lake view that will make you marvel at how it will change even throughout the day. With three balconies and nine sliding glass doors on the lake side it brings the view straight to you! Wake up in the morning to the mist on the water and twinkle of lights from homes glimmering on the lake. Enjoying the sun as it shines and regenerates your soul specifically after a nice Tennessee rain where this cove is known for multiple rainbows where you can see the pot of gold at the end!
The top balcony provides a chance to sun bath when you aren't on the water, and in the crisp cool evening a relaxing nap under the stars. You feel like you are in a tree house at the top of the mountain. The middle balcony is the perfect opportunity to enjoy family meals made in the high-end kitchen and a nice sipping drink around the fire table. Lastly the ground level balcony entices the entire group to gather while soaking in the hot tub, roast marshmallows on the fire pit just off to the side and gather around another fire table as stories and memories are made for a lifetime. During the summer while the marina is open you will hear the live band playing in the distance while enjoying the twinkle of the lights on the water.
