CHAMBERLANDS HOA AMENITIES (Available July 1 - Labor Day Weekend)
Included in your rental is a membership card providing access to the amenities available at Chamberlands Beach & Mountain Club. It is one of the most premier subdivisions at Lake Tahoe. It offers a private beach, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Transportation is made easy by catching a ride on the blue Chambers bus on the weekends from mid July - mid August. The beach also has a historic bar and pier, lake view restaurant and a casual grill.

Ever wanted to ride in a snowcat and get fresh tracks in the backcountry? Homewood Snowcat Adventures will get you access to 750 acres of train on the flanks of Ellis Peak, above the resort's traditional ski area boundary with a licensed guide! 2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
4. Homewood Mountain Resort, located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, will not be opening for the 2024-25 ski season. Please plan accordingly.
