Tack för att du tänkte på vårt hem för din nästa Delaware strandsemester! Vi ligger i en radhus med utsikt över Indian River Bay med nära tillgång till Atlanten. Våra 3 nivåer, 3 däck, 3 1/2 badrum hem är smakfullt inredda och har panoramautsikt över bukten. Vackra träkorniga porslingolv som nyligen installerats på huvudnivån, färsk färg i hela, ny matta på 3: e nivån OCH uppdaterat kök genom ombyggnad med nya apparater. Vårt hem innehåller en 34 fot båtlampa med en tillgänglig ramp, så att du kan njuta av kvällssolnedgångskryssningar, vattensporter och några av de bästa saltvattensfiske på östra kusten. Vi är några minuter från centrala Bethany Beach, statliga parker och en överflöd av matalternativ. Hockers livsmedelsbutik, G&E Hardware och Big Fish Grill restaurang på gångavstånd. Gör Bethany Beach till destinationen för din nästa familjesemester!

Great place & hosts

The property is in a great location on a canal that leads to the bay. The area was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very responsive to our questions while we were there.

Delaware vacation

Beach time with the grandkids

We enjoyed our stay in Bethany Beach with our grandkids. The townhouse was close to the beaches. One day we drove to Assateague State Park to see the wild horses. The townhouse is close to restaurants and shopping and the onsite pool is a bonus.

Relaxing visit!

Enjoyed our stay in the bay. Townhouse was as described and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Rick was extremely responsive to our questions and provided good information regarding where to go, restaurants, etc. Nice vacation rental.

Perfect Getaway

Lovely home with everything you need for a great vacation. Owners are super responsive and very accomodating. The house is very well maintained and super clean. I would highly reccomend!

Fabulous water view property

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The water views of the bay are lovely-so nice to have meals out there enjoying the view. Easy drive to Bethany Beach and attractions. The hosts were easy to contact and very responsive. We hope to stay again!

Great location

This vacation rental was close to restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores and the beach. The addition of the water view was a plus. On the 3 rd floor balcony I could watch the sun rise. Having 3 separate floors helped to give everyone their space. We would love to come back. We will need to find a larger home next near to accommodate another son and family.

Beach Vacation

We have stayed at this property for years and we have a great time every time we stay here. Great location close to everything, we bring the boat and have great time going out into the bay doing some fishing and then cruise over to Paradise Grill for lunch. 5 out of 5 for sure!

Wonderful location and owners

The house was the perfect location for our family. A quick drive to Bethany and Fenwick and right on the water. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and the owners were wonderful. Rick provided us with details on trails, small bay beaches and recommendations on restaurants. We had an amazing time.

Great place to stay!

Our vacation was beyond what we expected. We had a great time. Townhouse is really large. We had more than ample space when we wanted to spend time doing things together and ample space for having “me” time. Many conveniences within the immediate area. Great restaurants and a really nice local market. It was so nice and quiet. Great place to stay!

Very Good

Great Townhouse and Location

This townhouse was one of the best stocked rentals my family has been in. They had everything, even bikes, which my husband and I took daily on the bike path. House was clean and plenty of room for my extended family and our dog. Location was great too. Will definitely be back!

Relaxing vacation

We had an excellent stay at the property. The description and photos were exactly as described. Plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. Close proximity to the pool and boat slip was wonderful. A quick drive to the beach or Bethany boardwalk but far enough away to relax. There was plenty of every day things such as the grill pots pans silverware available. We had a fantastic time.

A Great Choice

You will not be disappointed when you choose to stay at this property. The condo is super-clean, well maintained and features decks with bay views to relax on. With 3.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, there is more than enough room for families or groups to comfortably spread out. The Delaware Beaches can be congested and busy, so the slower pace of Bethany Beach and the Bethany Marina is a huge plus.
