The apartment holds up to 10 guests and is situated inside the amazing Old San Juan in Puerto Rico.

It has features like tall ceilings, cozy living room, a beautiful modern kitchen, great for morning coffees or cocktails before dinner. This rental offers hotel features but provides the familiar feel of home!

Once you enter the Apartment you are greeted with a large comfy sofa; great to sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful Old San Juan streets from the floor to ceiling windows.

The Apt has a spacious, bright and modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, blender and coffee maker. You can open the doors to allow the breeze in while enjoying a home cooked meal.

Food is a huge deal when getting together. With our “dream kitchen”, all you need to bring is your food.

We strongly recommend having your own vehicle as there are a multitude of activities within a 30-minute drive which you will not want to miss out on. The Apt does not have parking. We recommend leaving your car in private parking. You can also use Uber to get around San Juan.

Mistakenly put the dates incorrect immediately contacted the host and they did not want to modify dates although ample time was given in advance. Opened cases with both Expedia and Vrbo as Vrbo was the hosting platform the host was using. This host has several homes around San Juan. Be careful as they are ruthless and unwilling to work with you. Offered several solutions to the matter and the case is still open with Vrbo. Wish circumstances would be different but there is a reason they are affordable because they attempt to STEAL your money!! Be VERY CAREFUL! A simple mistake has truly ruined my itinerary and vacation with no regard by the host. Didn’t stay at the property and they continue to make it seem like I did. Horrible experience!!

Not ok for this price

Good things: * Communication with owner * Self check in process is quick and easy * Location is very central in beautiful San Juan What we did not like: * EXTREMELY loud. The apartment is very central and on both nights, we could not go to bed before 12:30 am because of all the shouting and music on the street. And even then, I woke up during the night because of groups of people singing and shouting even later in the street. * The apartment itself has gorgeous high ceilings and is very big, it has 3 very high beds but it's not homey or welcoming. Cabin doors in the kitchen are broken or missing, nowhere a rug to make it a bit more comfy. There is no coffee or tea (or 6 people couldn't find it), no kitchen towel. It did have some other basics though like hair dryer, nice bath towels and shower gel/shampoo. * It was very dark in the apartment. Obviously, lights made everything bright, but there was no natural light from outside. I checked if I could open wooden panels in the living room but the screens preventing mosquitoes to come in were broken on one side, so I had to leave the panels closed. * The ceiling started leaking quite a bit and I put a bucket underneath to prevent a wet floor and potential damage. I notified the owner and he apologised for the inconvenience but nothing more. It's too expensive, for that money I have certain expectations. I will not return and would not recommend to friends.
