Conveniently located off of Highway 361, you are only a short 10-minute ride from a fun-filled day in Port Aransas, where you can enjoy the local restaurants or catch a deep-sea or bay fishing trip. - Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-ins and late departures are not guaranteed.
- Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, and cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.
- The property has a lock, and an access code will be provided 30 minutes before arrival.
- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- There is always construction or community improvements happening in Port Aransas. Seasonal pests such as mosquitoes may be present despite professional pest control treatments.
- Parking in the driveway for 4 cars max. No parking passes required.
- If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability. (Sand Key properties only: Winter Texan Rate: November - March 1 at $2600 monthly plus fees.)
-Lost Colony does NOT have direct beach access.
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $50 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
