Missa inte den bästa tiden på året: september-oktober!

Upplev en lugn tillflyktsort med lyxiga spa-bad, gourmetkök, bambubar, extremt bekväma sängkläder, tre eldstäder, två däck och mycket utrymme och avskildhet. Fly från liv och rörelse i höghus. Stadshemmet har tre nivåer och ligger på ljudsidan av ön. Det är bara ett stenkast från vattenkanten. Korsa gatan och promenera några steg till viken. Denna lugna privata bostad ligger borta från barerna och restaurangerna på östra änden av ön nära Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Våren på stranden är enkel vacker. Vädret är varmt men inte särskilt varmt. Luften är luftig och varm med toppar i de övre 70-, 80- och 90-talet. Bands on the Beach spelar gratiskonserter varje tisdagskvällar kl. 21.00 på Gulfside Pavilion. Vårfestivaler och andra evenemang i stort fyller dina roliga packade dagar. Smooth check in and out, host was quick to answer questions, quiet area. We had 5 adults and there was more than enough room for us all. Nobody felt like they were on top of each other. We will return to this property in the future.

The host was very attentive and checked in with us before, during and after our stay. I loved the house and beds were very comfortable. We loved the location. My favorite was sitting on the deck. Will be staying here again.

This house is fantastic!! Great location by the bay and a super easy walk to the ocean across the street. We stayed her with 4 of us - 2 adults and "adult" children (20 & 21). We all had plenty of room, the bathrooms were great, bedrooms were big. We did not use the bonus room but that would've been great if we had 1 more person with us. If you needed to use the bay - the dock was right across the driveway with easy access. The garage was stocked with umbrellas, sand toys, chairs and 2 wagons for getting everything to the beach -that was very helpful!! We were about 2 miles away from the busy area by the pier but it was an easy drive or there is also a trolley stop right outside the neighborhood by "The Local"We would definitely stay there again next time we are in Pensacola

We stayed here for a total of seven days from July 5-12 for a baseball tournament for 16-18 year old boys. We were extremely satisfied during our stay. Busy week between baseball, 4th of July and the Blue Angels.

Plenty of room

Very nice property with lots of room. Close to the beach and just 2 miles from the boardwalk and restaurants and shopping. Ms Carla is so nice to work with. We would definitely stay at her home again.

Summer Getaway

Great place to stay with family!

We have been vacationing in Pensacola for 27 years and this was our first stay on this side of the island. It was a short walk to the beach and the sound was just steps away. The trolley stop was also very close. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking and had everything you could possibly ever need!

This property was an amazing place to rent. The owner kept in touch and made sure everything worked perfectly. The neighbor was really helpful and nice. Definitely would recommend this place to people I know!

The home was as pictured. We had plenty of room with 2 adults and 3 teens. Owner was able to contact easily and responded quick with any questions we had. She had plenty of suggestions for restaurants. It’s a short walk across the road to get to the beach. And having 2 wagons and umbrellas and chairs was so helpful. We also all enjoyed the bicycles. Would def recommend this home for a great vacation. Would love to stay there again

Wonderful Vacation Home

The home is nice with 3 bedroom and a cool little secret room. The kitchen and living room are nice and spacious. The house was clean and well maintained. It's just a few steps feom the Sound and a small walk to the beach. We loved our vacation location. The 3 bathrooms were A.M.A.Z.I.N.G to have. The best the about all of it was the owner. She is simply the best. She made this a great location!

Excellent experience!

The beach house was absolutely beautiful and our family enjoyed it so much. The owner was very helpful, very honest and listed everything accurately. I would highly recommend this property. We had a family emergency at the end of our stay and the property owner was wonderful to us throughout the entire time, even checking on us to make sure we got home safely. Thank you!
