First, we’re so glad you and your husband were able to enjoy some much-needed time away and that you loved the beautiful views and found the bed comfortable. It’s also great to hear that early check-in was helpful, especially with the uncertain weather during your stay. We’re always happy to accommodate whenever we can. That said, we are very concerned to hear about the cleanliness issues you mentioned. What you described is not the standard we want for our guests, and we wish you had contacted us during your stay so we could have addressed it right away. We will be working closely with our cleaning team to ensure a more thorough deep cleaning, including baseboards, walls, and all detailed areas. Regarding the bathtub, we’re happy to share it has been redone after your stay. Regarding the marijuana smoke from neighboring balconies, we completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when trying to enjoy the view. While this is unfortunately outside of our direct control, we absolutely empathize with how it impacted your evenings. If notified during your stay, we’re always willing to contact building management to address it. We truly value your feedback because it helps us improve. While we’re glad you enjoyed the beach and the views, we’re sorry we fell short in other areas.
