In addition to the unparalleled views that one enjoys our home is designed to Entertain from Pool table in the main area to the Sonos that plays thru out the main living area and deck. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just down the street (offsite) at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. CHECK OUT AND CLEAN UP:
1/Please check each room and all the drawers and closet to be sure you have all your personal belongings.
2/ Lock All Windows and Doors. All lights turned off.
Heat to be left on depending on the system
3/ All Trash to be put in the trash bins
4/ Please do all dishes prior to leaving.
5/ Please leave home mostly picked up.
6/ Please run a load of laundry as you leave
7/ BBQ to be cleaned after last use
8/Please make sure to replace items in the pantry if you finish a item so the next guest can enjoy as well.
9/ If furniture and decorating items are moved from original location please return so that other guests can enjoy our home the way we like it. WE WOULD PREFER ALL DECORATION TO REMAIN IN PLACE.
10/ Please make sure the Hot Tub lid is closed and secured. If anything was dropped in the hot tub please notify us immediately
