Great home!

My extended family and I stayed at Casa Bosque. The home was very clean and exactly as pictured on VRBO. We were a group of 7 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. Joshua was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home. It is close to Ithaca and Cornell Colleges and only about a half hour drive from SUNY Cortland.

Comfortable stay near Cornell University

The house is very mean and updated inside. Plenty of space. Only thing lacking was an additional bathroom, as 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms is less, though we were ok, but it wasn't clear on the listing that there is only 1 bathroom. The furnishings are good. Foosball table was very enjoyable by our family. I will stay again.

Family Bday getaway

We booked for my father‘s 70th birthday as a little getaway because he fiercely did not want a birthday party. We planned on hiking however, the weather didn’t agree. The host was kind enough to let us in a few hours early to get out of the rain. We ended up getting Cornell ice hockey tickets And enjoying the Jacuzzi spa. It was just a nice weekend together as family!!

Nice house.

I do not typically complete reviews but I know I would have liked to have known that the house is on a very busy street. You can hear the traffic noise inside the house in all rooms that face the street. I am a light sleeper so it was a problem for me. The inside of the house was nice and roomy. One bathroom for our size group was tough but I knew that going in. Sheets and towels were provided. You are in a wooded setting in the back yard so there were some spiders/spider webs to deal with in the house (my personal phobia). The heat worked perfectly so we were warm.

The house was darling and very clean! There was plenty of seating and big screen tv’s. Josh was very responsive and always responded to any questions right away. Our only complaint was the home was a bit understocked. We were there for Thanksgiving and cooking dinner. There were no oven mitts, dish towels, measuring cups, knives or serving dishes. There was only a quarter of a role of paper towels left and no napkins available. There were no hand towels in the bathroom. If Josh gets some of these items it would be a wonderful rental!!
