Enjoy the screened porch showcasing pastoral views of rolling hay fields and a spring-fed pond great for fishing, swimming, and ice skating. Or spend the afternoon grilling by water.

This property's location makes this house the perfect year-round getaway with hiking, biking, and golfing in the summer, beautiful foliage and October Festivities in the fall, and skiing in the winter. You'll be nine miles from Mt. Snow, Historic downtown Wilmington, and the Harriman Reservoir, where you can spend summer days swimming, fishing, or boating. You'll also enjoy easy access just minutes from the extensive VAST network of snowmobile trails providing endless wintertime fun.

When you're not indulging in the year-round recreation of the Green Mountains, you'll find plenty of at-home entertainment for all ages in the game room featuring Ping-Pong, air hockey, a dartboard, ring toss, giant Connect-4, a bar area, and a small putting green. You'll also have access to Prime TV streaming. A gas fireplace sets the stage for cozy conversations in the main-floor living area. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
