Inside the home you'll find a full kitchen, two spacious King bedrooms, and plenty of thoughtful touches (including board games and a movie collection), designed with the guest experience in mind! The outdoor area is a show-stopper, with a fire-pit, private hot tub, a covered dining area with a gas grill, and plenty of seating. You can enjoy a cookout or a glass of wine under the stars (or a nap on the hammock!) at this perfect Fredericksburg rental. Don't miss your chance to enjoy a little Frieden Haus!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Great house with everything we needed!

We came for the Thanksgiving holiday and the house was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. The hot tub was perfect for the chilly November nights! Also, it's close enough to Main Street but not super busy which was nice.

My husband and I just spent two nights at Freiden Haus and had a great time. We spent time in the hot tub and enjoyed the fire pit. The house is well appointed; everything we needed was there.

My friend and I arrived on Monday. The little cottage was easy to find. We loved staying there. There were so many special touches! Everything we needed was there. It was so comfortable and has a wonderful outdoor area for sitting and a hot tub!

My husband and I had the best time staying in Fredricksburg at the Frieden Haus. It was very cute, super cozy and private. The neighborhood was quiet and charming as well. It was much too hot to enjoy the outside area but we would definitely stay again!

So cute!

We stayed 3 nights in December and loved it! Very clean, perfect size, and wonderful location! We loved the house so much we accidentally napped on the couch a few times. Would definitely recommend!
