Welcome to Mulligan's Cottage! This beautifully furnished rental is perfect for FLETC, family vacations, golfers, and monthly renters. Located on the golf course near Sea Palms, this spacious home provides great views and modern comforts.
Mulligan's Cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all on one level. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and plenty of space to spread out. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a double vanity. The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and twin-sized day bed, perfect for 2-3 children to room together. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a double vanity.
The open floor plan provides for a very spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room has plenty of seating, so you can enjoy a family game night or movie night in comfort! The screened porch can be accessed from the sliding glass doors in the living room. Sit back and relax, or practice your putting skills on the miniature putting green!
The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer, so doing laundry is a breeze! The laundry room is adjacent to the den, which provides comfortable seating, a desk/workspace, and a view of the golf course. This home has a convenient two-car garage as well as plenty of parking space in the driveway.
