Stugens frÀmre veranda vÀlkomnar dig med tvÄ gungstolar som Àr perfekta för att koppla av och ta i dagens vibbar. GÄ in genom ytterdörren sÄ kommer gÀsterna omedelbart att se varför detta hem kommer att kÀnns som ditt hem hemifrÄn. Den öppna vardagsplanen har ett stort vardagsrum med gott om sittplatser för gÀsterna att njuta av tiden tillsammans, en stor HD-TV och en mysig öppen spis. Soffan i vardagsrummet Àr en bÀddsoffa som rymmer tvÄ vuxna. Köket passar perfekt med allt rum och köksutrustning / apparater som gÀsterna kommer att behöva. Spring Break

The house was perfect for 2 parents, 2 college freshmen, and 2 HS sophomores. The location is convenient to the pier village, Red Fern Village, and East Beach.

I'm a little late here, but you're always busiest right after a vacation. I've also debated on how I wanted to leave this review as I don't like leaving poor reviews. The house is beautiful, that's undeniable, it was mostly clean except for a slight miss I let management know about. The downer about this trip was that there was construction going on at the unit right behind this one the whole time we were there. Power tools, trucks and workers at 7am was less than enjoyable. And when I say right behind, I mean these units are extremely close together which I hadn't realized so that's on me. The porta potty for the crew was right outside the pool fence and I'm super glad they kept it clean - but all you could smell while in the pool was the sanitizer they use, it kept us from eating outdoors. It was just a bummer we couldn't enjoy the home the way we wanted and made sure to try to be gone for most of the days. As I said the house was beautiful, shower was great as far as temp and pressure go, the pool felt amazing (we paid for the heat), bed was comfortable.

The home was perfect for our family. It was close to everything and the property was very clean. Lilmar did a great job with the communication of the property throughout our stay. We'll definitely use them again on our next visit to SSI.

Great location!

The cottage is located close to everything! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you needed. My only complaints were the pillows needed replacement and there were no beach chairs for those who are traveling far. We would definitely rent again. Note there are similar cottages around this property that would make for a great multiple rental for family or friends to have their own space.

Home for a Month

Very convenient location. Property was just as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year. We were fortunate that the cottage was nice inside since we stayed during what friends on the island said was unusually cool and wet and we spent quite a bit of time “at home”. The only negative was the slow internet service which seems common on the island and is, in all likelihood, not the owner’s fault.

Comfortable & Convenient

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Summer Winds! We loved the side street it was located on and the church property it overlooked our back. It is not extremely private (houses close by near Master and screen porch) but that is to be expected on St. Simons. Other than that, it felt private enough and was well cared for. Island Karts delivered and picked up a cart to the location during our stay. We easily cruised to the pier and other local restaurants during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Even nicer than the photos! Really was perfect. Easy bike ride to beach and town. Pool and hot tub great. If you pay for heating, note that there’s a bit of a learning curve on the digital spa programming. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family house!

We stayed here with our toddler and it was perfect! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was super clean, nice and had everything we could need. Very easy to communicate with property management too!

Amazing House Very clean

The house was very cozy. The description was accurate and the proximity to the beach and amenities was perfect. The home was set up great to the cornhole boards and ping pong table. Perfect for the family.

Summer Wind - Perfect!

This was the perfect house for our 60th birthday celebration. (6 college roommates). We rented bikes and either walked or rode to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the pool and screened in porch very much. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend this property!
