Real Escapes Properties är stolta över att kunna erbjuda denna mycket önskvärda stuga på ett nivå som heter "The Beach House"! The Beach House ligger på Bruce Drive i den ständigt populära, men ändå förändrade stadsdelen East Beach. Denna klassiska östugan vilar i hjärtat av grannskapet, och placerar dig bara 1/4 av en mil från St. Simons Islands bästa stränder.

The Beach House har en stor välkomnande veranda möblerad med tillräckligt stolar och rockers för att enkelt bli en av dina favoritställe på denna stuga! När du väl har skrivit in kommer du omedelbart att märka överflöd av fönster längs sidan och baksidan av matsalen vilket gör det här ljust och behagligt. Den öppna och luftiga planlösningen med gott om plats för din familj och vänner att besöka är snyggt inrett.

Matsalen har plats för 6 vid bordet och 3 barstolar vid räknaren. Köket är användarvänligt med det mesta du kan tänka dig: droppa kaffebryggare, brödrost, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och så mycket mer! Ta höger nerför hallen och du kommer att passera en hopfällbar dörrkåpa som rymmer tvättstugan - full tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Ditt första badrum ligger till vänster och sovrum # 1 ligger rakt framåt.

Sovrum # 1 har en queen size-säng, takfläkt, stor klädkammare och TV. Du kan se det öppna däcket ligger strax bortom "väggens fönster". När du har gjort dig till motsatta änden av korridoren hittar du det stora sovrummet. Detta vackra sovrum är bekvämt och rymligt och har ett eget badrum, takfläkt och stor garderob.

Innan du lägger dig ner på kvällen kan du njuta av fullskärms veranda precis utanför bakdörren. Massor av sittplatser, takfläkt och ett bord med en uppsättning stolar. Det är en bra plats för en familjen glass natt! Riklig parkering framför denna fastighet och ytterligare plats i ryggen.

Perfect place

Needed getaway

After not having a vacation for three years and then recently having hip surgery, I needed a place for some R&R. The spot was perfect. It had a beach cart all the beach chairs, and needs and only a block away from the beach nice offstreet parking wonderful porches.

Very nice and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice place for two couple. I suggest that the owner invest in new pillows which would make for more comfortable sleeping. Otherwise it was all good.

The home is open floor plan, comfortable, quiet and perfect for a couple or small family.We loved the bright beach decor of the home. The porches were a favorite of ours.We are returning next year to this little gem and one of our favorite destinations- St. Simon's Island!

We spent a lot of time on the front porch! I do think the bedrooms and baths could use a little TLC. They looked a little tired and I don't imagine the linen comforter is cleaned after every guest. The dishwasher had mold inside and needed a good cleaning. None of these things stopped us from rebooking next year!
