The pool was too cold so it didn't really matter for us. There appeared to be cloudy stuff at the bottom and it looked like dead tiny bugs on the water surface until the pool people came and cleaned it. We only had 1 and half rolls of toilet paper for 3 adults for nine days. There was only a couple wash cloths, no laundry or dish detergent. No trash bags except for the one in the trash container. It should of been better stocked. When we first got there the air smelled probably because it was closed up but it was fine after a while. I would still recommend staying there. It was very clean, quiet, pet and kid friendly and it was very relaxing. It was worth the price.

The description of the property was accurate. The main things we liked was the fenced in yard for our dogs, the cleanliness of the home, and good communication with the property manager. When we had an issue, the manager/owner stepped up and solved our problem quickly.

House needs updates!

I would not recommend this property until some cleaning and upgrades are done. The pool had mold all around the edges and there were little specs of black mold floating all around in the pool. We never saw a pool guy come the entire week we were there.The shower in the main bathroom was awful. There is an issue with the faucet and when you pull up the shower diverter, all the water still comes out of the faucet with very little water and pressure coming out of the shower head. We were not able to shower in the main bathroom due to this so we were down to 1 shower for 4 people for our entire stay. The shower head in the master bathroom needs replaced as well. The water barely stayed hot long enough for 1 of us to take a shower, so it was a challenge to get us all showered and ready before our daily activities. The fence had many holes and is not in the best shape so if you have any small animals you may have to block off some of the holes so they dont escape. Overall, the house is ok, but we would not rent this property again.

The matresses were horrible, it was lile sleeping in concrete. The kids shower didmt work. The master bathriom had ants really bad.

Another fine stay in a great house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second vacation week staying in this house in less than a year. We loved it because everything works, it is well maintained and the location is ideal for us. We don't need a location near the theme parks or all the congestion of Kissimmee so this home is East of all that but close to some of our family that live near it. We had no problems at all with anything and although it was still too cool to use the pool, our daughter and son-in-law did enjoy dipping their feet in it on a visit. The fenced-in back yard is larger than most of the other rentals we have used with plenty of room for our pug to run around in and for me to erect a small ham radio antenna. Lord willing, we probably will be back again in the not too distant future.

A wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood

We are a retired married couple who travel down to central Florida a couple times a year to visit our family that live in the area. We loved the location of this home because it was away from the congestion and traffic of the theme parks yet close to our family who live just a couple miles away in St. Cloud without the hassle of going through the many Kissimmee traffic lights. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped with a larger than usual back yard for our pug and even room for me to put up a portable ham radio antenna strung between some poles.

The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean and a great temperature. The kitchen was nice and big, with everything needed for the stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

2001 Time Capsule

Dated and hasn’t been very well maintained. The no spare rolls of toilet paper or dish shop was provided for a 5 night stay. Many of the dishes in the cabinets needed cleaning from visible dirt. For the price in the Orlando area, there are nicer more updated homes.

Excellent location.

The property was on an excellent location. Easy door access. We could not use the pool because the sliding door was locked. The beds were small and little hard but all and all everything was fine.

Older home that NEEDS updating!!!

Me & my 4 grandgirls stayed here for four nights. We had our 2 doggies both under 6 pounds. I will say the house and pool were CLEAN! But the house need some major updating. In several places paint is peeling off the walls, the sheets were from the 80’s, honestly everything is from the 80’s. The master bedroom bedroom is super hard
but I actually liked that. The hardest part for me you can’t change the A/C under 72. Yes, we stayed in Oct. but the house was SO HOT!!! I was roasting every night. I travel with two fans but hot air blowing on me SUCKED! The temps reached almost 90 everyday we were there! The backyard
..needs something as simple as going out and picking up all the junk out there and trashing it. Probably will take someone 15 mins. There is a grill that’s just laying on its side. Whoever cut the grass didn’t even bother to pick the items up just cut around it. So, grass is growing through the junk. I was kinda creeped out by the neighborhood. I will say it is super close to Universal Studios. Would I stay here again
if it was majorly renovated. The price I paid for sure didn’t match the house. Again

Great stay, just a suggestion

The home was just perfect for our needs. Great location close to Turnpike and within easy reach of the attractions. Property Manager was very helpful. Just a suggestion regarding the WIFI setup. None of our devices could connect to the WIFI and the home's wifi name could not even be detected. I checked the modem and it is a dual band Xfinity modem that should be set to broadcast wifi on BOTH the 2.4ghx and the 5ghz frequencies, but the modem is only configured to broadcast at 5ghz, so none of our 2.4ghz devices could connect or even detect the network. I checked the Xfinity help page and they say that the account holder can login via their app to set the modem to BOTH frequencies, but we could not change the modem configuration because we are not the account holders. All modems should be set to broadcast on BOTH 2.4ghz and 5ghz, so I suggest you asked the property owner to adjust the configuration of their modem to be "dual band" (which this modem model is) otherwise any future renters will not be able to access wifi if they only have 2.4ghz devices as we had. TIP FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT ACCESS THE WIFI = carry an Ethernet cable with you because if the wifi does not work, you can do was we did, and connect your device to the modem via an Ethernet cable instead, and then it works.

Good location and great pool!

This house is clean, has plenty of room, and is conveniently located near shopping centers and grocery stores. We discovered that the house is actually much larger than it looks in the pictures. It is an older house and well used, but the AC and all the appliances work great; however, bring extra towels if you have a full house. Pool is completely enclosed. Fence is old in spots and has small gaps, so you may need something to block the exit of small dogs (we used removable animal fence barriers from Amazon), but the fence completely encloses back yard, which seems to be rare in this area. Communication with manager was excellent and handled battery issue with alarm within hours. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for families with pets.

The property is exactly as is in the photos. It is an older house and could use a little updating- new mattresses, sheets, fence. But otherwise is a great vacation house. Plenty of room for our family and dogs. Pool is awesome and clean. Fence has some spaces in it, even a rolled out chain fence or something would be a great addition instead of various items blocking holes in the fence. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

 every single property I’ve ever stayed in has surpassed my expectations this one was deplorable
 if you are interested in seeing them I have pictures

Great time with the family

It is a nice clean property and location. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs. House needs some updating not all the outlets work and the shades for the doors need to be replaced. Not being able to set the A/C lower then 75 was a little rough because it was hotter then normal for this time of year but I understand why they do that.

Honest review

It seemed this property had not been used in a long period of time prior to us. Garbage can was almost full and rotting by the time we checked in. Pro: Close to groceries, walmart, liquor, and the highway. Can accommodate 2 normal and 4 “light” size adults + a pet. Cons: Pool is in terrible condition. Mold along the inside edge and the pool deck is in very poor condition (use caution). I would not recommend going underwater if you value your health. There are small particles of paint in the water that come from the floor around the pool. Pool screen allows bugs and small critters in and is very rusty. Be careful when near it. Property condition as a whole has been neglected by the owner. All appliances are in very poor condition and falling apart. Paint is chipping off walls and trim throughout the house inside and out. Not to mention (no control of the owner or EVH), the neighbor has security cameras in the back corner of their house that could be overlooking this backyard and pool area. Creepy! Not too mention not very friendly. We will not be back to this property if you paid us. It should be pulled off all sites until it is completely renovated. Very dangerous and unsanitary. Renter beware, spend a little more per night and get a better quality property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this house for a short vacation before my husband left for deployment and it was perfect for what we needed it for. We brought our dogs- and the fenced in backyard was perfect for them. We also really enjoyed the private pool. We spent 2 of the days at theme parks- and it was about 25 minutes to all of the parks and disney springs. We didn’t mind the drive. The house is older, could use some tlc for aesthetics and not up to date on appliances- however we made the best of what we had and it worked for us. We only spent one full day there- so it worked for us. The gentleman that is responsible for this property, Rem, was so nice and quick to respond to my questions. We even had a problem with the alarm system (i did not realize it was motion activated so it went off when my dogs moved in the house) and Rem quickly called me to asses the situation and we were close enough to turn around and go back to disarm the system so it wouldn’t keep going off. The instructions were clear on how to enter/exit/check out of the house. Overall, we had no complaints and enjoyed our stay! We would recommend & would stay here again!

clean house but needs work

It's clear the cleaners do what they can, and the house is cleaned. The management was responsive. House needs work re: rotting wood, plumbing issues in master bath, painting, stained and frayed carpet, fence in yard, etc. We expected this from prior reviews. Also, kitchen items need replacing and/or replenishing - there are only 6 forks, many plates are chipped, and all of the cooking pans need replacing.
