Guests will have full access to the house, gym, and pool. The property is on the second floor. Guests must climb stairs.

This is town house property. Guest can park no more than two cars inside the community at the open parking lots, as we respect our neighbors. Guests should take care their own stuffs. Property owner is not responsible for loss, any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises.
