Gather your family and friends at this spacious five-bedroom home on the shores of beautiful Cobbosseecontee Lake — a place where every room offers a view of the water and every stay promises memories that will last a lifetime.

Wake up to stunning sunrises over the lake, enjoyed right from the first-floor patio just steps from the water’s edge. Spend your days kayaking, swimming, or simply relaxing, and cap it all off with an unforgettable Maine lobster bake on the screened-in porch off the second-floor living room — the perfect spot to dine, laugh, and unwind together.

For over 20 years, our family has cherished this home as a place of joy, adventure, and togetherness on one of Maine’s most sought-after lakes — now, we’re excited to share it with you.

Inside, the first floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a full-size dining room perfect for group meals, a pantry stocked with space for your favorite vacation treats, and a versatile bonus room that’s ideal for working remotely or playing games. The spacious living room is designed for comfort, with cozy couches, charming Maine décor, and sweeping lake views that will draw you in from the moment you arrive.

Upstairs, you’ll find all five bedrooms, a full bath, and a washer and dryer for your convenience — offering plenty of room for everyone to settle in and feel at home.

Please note: This home is part of a friendly HOA community. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of the neighbors and maintain a peaceful, no-party atmosphere during their stay.

Wonderful stay! This is the third year in a row our group of "mature" fishermen have stayed at this lake. This was by far the best place we stayed at. Views and setting are all that we could ask for. We'll be back again.

Fun weekend

This home is spacious with an antique charm. It offers all the amenities you need. You can enjoy a coffee on the large porch at sunrise while overlooking the water. Or, maybe kayak throughout the day. Our visit was a short stay and this home provided enough for what we needed.

Peaceful on the Lake

The house was very clean and roomy. More bedrooms than we needed. Screened porch was fantastic! We spent a lot of time on the porch playing games and reading. The Heritage Woods neighborhood was very quiet but accessible to everything we needed.
