Perfekt ställe att koppla av med vänner och familj, med gott om plats för alla.

3 sovrum, ett med en king size-säng och bäddsoffa w / trille; en med en queen size-säng; och en med 2 uppsättningar med våningssängar i full storlek.
8 sovplatser (upp till 14 om du sover 2 i varje våningssäng i full storlek och använder dagbädden w / trille)
1 hel och 2 halvbad.
Rymligt kök, stort vardagsrum, läsningskrog, glasad veranda med utsikt över sjön. Huset ligger 30 meter från sjön med 300 fot fasad.
Flera picknickbord, 2 hängmattor, en grill, eldstad och massor av gräsmatta för att njuta av utomhus tillsammans. Dock kommer våren 2020!

Handikappvänligt (men inte helt ADA-kompatibelt) - ramp för åtkomst till husets främre ingång; ta tag i barer i full storlek badrum i steg-in dusch och toalettområdet.

Fastigheten är lugn och avskild, men den ligger bekvämt 10 minuter från Winthrop och 15 minuter från Augusta och I-95. 1 timme till Boothbay Harbor-regionen och Portland. Stora flygplatser i Portland (1 timme) och Bangor (1 1/2 timme). Regionala Augusta flygplats ligger bara 15 minuter bort.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation here. The home is just as it’s pictured. The lake is clean and seeing and hearing the loons was just so Maine! We loved waking up and kayaking and enjoying each meal outside. The adults, kids and dogs enjoyed the stay and we hope to stay again.

Met all expectations

Relaxing, well fed, entertained, activities, good nights sleep, quiet and peaceful, lots to explore and do. 80 year old grandma 1st time in a kayak, 28 year old girlfriend of grandson 1st time in a canoe. Everyone had a great time. The camp is as described on VRBO and met all our expectations

Absolutely Amazing

This is our second time here, and had my brother and sisters families visit too. Securing online is very quick with the owners & property manager Dan confirming and communicating super fast. It’s so easy. Met Dan at the Cabin for a quick tour. If looking for a great private place on the lake, that has all the supplies of your home, this is it. It’s very clean and comfortable. This time we Kayaked to the nearest island, rented a pontoon boat at the North marina, had several campfires at night, and visited Boothbay Harbor. On our first stay we hiked in Acadia National park and spent time at Bar Harbor. Being from Denver we hope to visit again within a few years.

Wonderful place to stay!!

This place was absolutely amazing!!!! We had the best views of the fall colors and the lake. The owners/property manager was great to work with. They also have thought about everything you would need for your stay. Definitely makes you feel at home. We will be booking this place for our next stau in Maine!!!!

We had a wonderful week on Cobbessee.The house was well equipped ,especially the kitchen ,where we found everything we needed.We enjoyed swimming,kayaking and grilling .Nice place and hope to return again in the future .

A Perfect Stay

This is the perfect home and spot on the 'Cobb' for my family. We had such a wonderful stay kayaking, swimming, boating and just relaxing! The sleeping conditions were perfect after a day of fun! Dan is very attentive to your every need too!

Home Away from Home

The lake house is charming, comfortable, and private. As if hours fishing, kayaking and bird watching weren't enough, there are loads of interesting hiking trails nearby. Our stay was idyllic.

My family stayed here while visiting for my niece’s graduation, and we were absolutely delighted with this cabin! Nestled right on the lake, it offered stunning views from both inside and out. The setting was serene, and the scenery from the windows alone took our breath away.The property matched the listing perfectly and had everything we needed for a quintessential Maine getaway. We made great use of the fire pit—roasting marshmallows and staying cozy in the evenings—and spent nights out on the dock stargazing while listening to the loons.Although the lake was a bit too choppy for us to venture out far during out time there due to the weather, we appreciated having access to the canoe and kayaks and did give it a try! Inside, the cabin was clean, well-equipped, with plenty of comfy beds!We loved it and will definitely hope to come back here again next time we gather in Maine!

Spectacular Sunrises

Spectacular getaway

Location was perfect. Lake view and accessibility is awesome. Able to cook outside and watch the loons while we ate. House is spacious, comfortable furnishings. Owners took great care of us. We are planning to return and bring friends and family.

Absolutely Perfect!!

This property was wonderful! The view from the sunroom was stunning all 24 hours of the day. Our kids loved boating on the water in the kayaks and our son had a blast fishing from the dock. We had to cut our trip short but will definitely be coming back when we can stay longer.
