Enjoy the rooftop patio and outdoor kitchen at our brand new townhome just 5 minutes from The Pearl!
This three bedroom, two and a half bath is spacious and great for large groups and families.
Weâre 5 minutes walking distance to the Botanical Gardens, a 5 minute drive to the Witte and Doseum, and 10 minute drive to the Alamo!
Weâre nestled in historic Mahncke Park. Perfect for groups wanting to be near it all and still enjoy a peaceful home to rest.
The townhome is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath space. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor. Weâve also got a pullout couch on the first floor for additional guests. The rooftop patio is on the third floor and perfect for dinner parties, evening cocktails, and general lounging to soak up the Texas sun! The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

We are a short 5 minute walk from the Botanical Gardens, which you can see from our rooftop. The Broadway corridor is a 15 minute walk and has many food options during your stay with us. The Pearl is a 5 minute drive and has everything from food to shops and our gorgeous River Walk!
This is the perfect spot for your group if you want to be close to it all but in a cozy home for when youâre ready to relax. You might never want to leave the house!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Mahncke Park is a wonderful, established area. We love the history, the botanical garden down the road (where we got married), and the quiet!
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The proximity to the Pearl just 5 minutes away is perfect for a fun Saturday morning visit to the farmers market or for dinner and a stroll down the cool part of the river walk.
We are lucky to be close to it all but tucked away in a neighborhood only area so you can get a quiet's night rest. We're right across the base and near Trinity so location is key for those of you visiting your loved ones.
