The lock-off master suite has a king bed, sofa sleeper, dining bar, and kitchenette with its own private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The eastern view makes for beautiful sunrises. This lock-off master suite is huge and a true retreat from the rest of the property.

There is a king-sized bed in the large 2nd master bedroom, with an expansive view of the gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has direct access to the shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The master suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy!

The guest room has an XL twin-over-queen bunkbed with south-eastern gulf views.

The living room has a large sectional for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. The living room has a smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Suite Sunrise" between the main living room area and lounging area in the master suite.

This privately-owned home has a full kitchen with the essentials for a fun beach vacation. A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available and the kitchen includes 2 sitting counters for quiet mornings as the rest of the crew emerges from their restful night's sleep. There is a dining table on the covered patio for outdoor dining.

There is a stacked washer and dryer in the home with detergent provided. Additional laundry facilities are on-site and pay-per-use. You may use the Luau gym, free of charge, during your stay!

The outdoor space at "Suite Sunrise" goes well beyond the covered patio off the living room. Being in the Luau complex, which is a resort within the resort of Sandestin®, you will have access to the oasis-style pool (with waterfall), a seasonal tiki bar/restaurant, and shared grills with outdoor dining space. Don't forget to check out the top deck of the building to catch an incredible sunrise and/or sunset!

"Suite Sunrise" is located in the Luau complex within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the beachside nestled amongst golf courses, the Hilton conference center, and the beach! The beach is 1000 feet away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to WALK over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment!

WALK TO THE BEACH: turn left out of the building, walk through the beautiful pool area, wind down a few steps to the road, then head straight down the sidewalk along the parking lot to the sugar-sand beach.

The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including tram passes, washer and dryer in the home, power stations on each nightstand, and a pack-n-play for your use (please bring a sheet). Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience, and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area.
