Right as you enter this home, you're greeted with tall, vaulted ceilings and double windows throughout the entire living area for plenty of sunlight to fill the room. Directly off of the main living area is the kitchen, with modern appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. Right off of the kitchen and dining room is the downstairs master en-suite with a stand-up shower. By the front door is the 1/2 bath and laundry room, which complete the main level.

Upstairs, in addition to the bedrooms, is an outdoor balcony (not connected to any for sipping your morning coffee.

~ Beach towels or beach gear are not included in your stay. Please plan accordingly so you can enjoy all that our beautiful beaches have to offer!

~ Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. This home resides in a small community with long-term 30A residents and is very much a family-friendly area! All loud noises will be reported.

~ NO events or parties are allowed at this property! If we find that guests hold a party without the host's permission, additional cleaning fees will be assessed.

~ If, in the unfortunate event, an event or party is held without the host's permission and disrupts neighbors, guests will be asked to immediately vacate the property.

~ There is to be NO smoking inside OR on the exterior property of this home. Any sign of smoking anywhere on this property will result in additional cleaning fees and will be taken out of your deposit.

~ Please do not re-arrange the furniture. This could result in damages to the property and additional charges. The owner of this property loves their home and arranged it this way for a reason and for your enjoyment!

~ NO illegal drugs or firearms are allowed on the property. If this is suspected, guests will answer to the authorities and the guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
