We are new to VRBO, but have 5 Star Reviews on other Vacation websites. This stunning newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is ideally situated to the entire “Valley of the Sun”, being just two blocks from the most central Thoroughfare, Tatum Blvd (which is a straight 20 minute ride from Phoenix Sky harbor airport). With brand new top-of-the-line appliances, décor and furniture, you will find four bedrooms, two of which contain king beds, a third bedroom with one Queen and the fourth with two Twin XL beds—all with QLED TV's. Also included is a Family room with home theater reclining leather seats and 65" surround sound QLED TV; a gorgeous backyard with heated pool and water feature, putting green and Spa, with a Shuffleboard table plus a fully stocked kitchen. The home’s location is central also to the two major Parkways, 101 and the 51, which will get you anywhere in the Valley, literally in minutes, with little to no traffic: Ideal proximity to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarters, and Desert Ridge shopping centers all of which offer high end shopping, retail dining, and exciting nightlife; easy access to many of the valleys award winning golf courses like TPC, Troon, Grayhawk, as well as top events including golfing’s Phoenix Open, and the famous Barrett Jackson car show; even the Mayo Clinic and Talking Stick Casinos are within minutes; less than 2 miles are Costco, Home Depot, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Trader Joe’s and at least a half dozen Supermarkets; hiking is also available with McDowell Mountains, Inspiration Point, Havelina Trail Head. There is no more a convenient or better home for enjoying ALL that the Valley of Sun has to offer.

Best vacation rental ever

The house is immaculate-ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS! I've stayed at other vacation rentals and none could compare. The house is stocked with every amenity you could possibly need, and it all works and is in near-brand-new condition. We especially appreciated the well-stocked Keurig Station, and that Bill brought extra tea pods for my sister and her husband when we ran out. The beds were new and super comfortable, and the organic linens were amazing to sleep on. The backyard is a paradise! The pool and hot tub are spotless, and we appreciated the quick response anytime we wanted the waterfall turned on. There are grocery stores and restaurants within a five-minute drive from the house. One evening we took a walk through the neighborhood which we found peaceful and safe. I could go on and on. Staying at this home made the reason for my sister being in Phoenix enjoyable. Bill is incredibly responsive and goes above and beyond for his guests. I felt like we were staying in a five-star hotel. I wish this house was the standard, and not the exception, for VRBO's because it was AMAZING! a perfect 10

I've owned and run Vacation Rentals for over 20 years mainly through private websites and other third party marketing websites. So, even though I'm new to Expedia/VRBO I am by no means new to operating Vacation Rentals. When I set up my Vacation Rentals, I spare no expense and the workmanship and materials I use are of the highest quality. In addition, my interior design is always unique and modern. My beds and linens are organic, appliances and furniture are all new, and I take care of my guests as if they are family. You might say I am truly dedicated to the Hospitality Industry and I ensure that my guests always have a relaxing memorable stay.

The Paradise Valley area where my Vacation Home is located is the most sought-after central area of the Phoenix Valley. Equal distance from two major highways, it takes only minutes to get to anywhere in the valley. The immediate neighborhood had wide streets with wide sidewalks on either side of the street, so walking the neighborhood at anytime during the day is quiet and safe. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are all within a few miles of the home. Every guest that has stayed at this home has always commented in their reviews that the location is excellent.

The most unique aspect of this property is three-fold. First, it's a complete renovation--Every square inch has been updated with the finest materials. Secondly, the entire property grounds (front & back) have also been renovated, meaning a landscape architect and contractor was hired to completely remake the property with over 150 new planting, including trees, shrubs, and ornamental flowering plants. Third, the immediate neighborhood is extremely quiet so guests will never be disturbed. However, the neighborhood is only a few minutes to just about everything and anything you will need while you are vacationing at the property.
