Hus med 4 sovrum med uppvärmd pool (valfri uppvärmningsavgift kan avvisas) - Helt ombyggt. Bekvämt beläget i Gamla stan Scottsdale, har över 1800 kvadrat ft i ett utmärkt Scottsdale läge. Vackert ljust kök, badrum, nytt golv och färg, med kakel i vardagsrummet, kök och matplats. Strukturerad träutsatt balk, enorm karaktär, allt i ditt öppna konceptbebyggelse. STOR master-svit med master-badrum med regndusch, dubbelt handfat och extra stor klädkammare. Backyard har en mousserande pool, gas BBQ grill och ny täckt uteplats plus ny RV-grind. Hot tub nyligen lagt till.

Detta 4 sovrum + spelrum (med utdragning), är 3 badhus centralt beläget för att njuta av allt som Scottsdale har att erbjuda.

Sovrumskonfiguration -
Spel / bonusrum - Detta var tänkt att vara ett sovrum. Men vi konverterade detta rum till ett spelrum med ett 7 "biljardbord, 12" shuffleboard bord och Golden Tee golfspel. Räkningen drar också ut till en fullstor säng (2 sovplatser).

Detta spelrum har ett lyxigt badrum med dusch och badkar samt en garderob för extra förvaring. Badrummet fungerar bra att svänga sig redo in, medan det fortfarande finns ett verkligt sovrum, som har sitt eget badrum bifogat.

Great house and location

Communication with owner was great. He allowed for an early check in, which was nice since our flight was early in the morning. He was responsive when we had questions.

Family vacation

Quiet neighborhood. Pool was wonderful and family enjoyed it! The house is a bit dated and needs a good deep cleaning (or maybe i am just a little OCD). Overall a good experience.

Perfect

The house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The heated pool was great to come home to after being out and about all day and the game room kept the 15 yr old busy.

Good location nice pool!

Pool was great and location was close to highway and shopping. Could use more/nicer kitchen supplies. Fun amenities, shuffle board and Golden Tee were nice, pool table needs to be replaced and pool cues were unusable. Owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Family reunion in Phoenix

We loved our stay at this property. The house was beautiful and comfortable and slept everyone comfortably. We had six adults. We enjoyed the pool and the game room and the ambience of the house. We had perfect response from the management and would definitely go back again. we felt like we had such a beautiful home in Phoenix, thanks to Michael for making our time perfect

Exactly what we wanted

My family stayed at this property for three days and it was exactly what we were looking for. My kids loved the activities in the game room (pool table, shuffle board, and golden tee) and we all loved the pool. The big comfy couch was the perfect location to relax and watch the Olympics and movies as well. It was a very easy checkin/check out process and everyone was very attentive when we had questions or concerns. Was also very nice that we didn’t have to check out right away on our last day as they let us no we didn’t have to rush. That was very much appreciated. I would recommend this location for sure.

Great property, especially for those who need TLC for their backs

We were extremely pleased with our stay. Since I have chronic back pain, I picked this property for the standalone tub. I used it every day during our stay and it was divine. Every bed in the house has a fantastic mattress. All of us slept very well. Very comfortable, cotton bedding as well. We were in town for my son’s wedding. Five of us stayed at the property. Before arriving I had asked and Mike said it was OK to host the grooms breakfast for eight of the groomsmen at the house. It was perfect because there’s a large center table, game room area, and outdoor seating with a pool. There are also three bathrooms so there is plenty of space to get ready for the wedding. The kitchen is very well stocked with plates. I think there are plates for 30 guests. We only had to run the dishwasher one time. There were even beautiful ceramic platters and bowls so I could make the grooms breakfast extra special. I also loved that there are two types of coffee makers. I normally don’t use a Keurig so I really loved having a standard coffee maker and it makes 14 cups of coffee. Mike was extremely timely with getting back for any of my correspondence. He offered to let us check out late since no one was coming in behind us. I had no idea how useful that time would be. It allowed me to enjoy the wedding without having to worry about getting packed up before I had to leave for the airport. It was a very relaxing stay given that we had so many activities packed into three days.

Sisters trip

My 5 sisters and I spent our annual sisters trip in Scottsdale and chose the property by the amenities and the price.We loved the property!!it was clean and spacious. The heated pool was awesome. We loved how relaxing it was. I was concerned that I didn’t receive any checkout instructions. I tried to call the property manager but was not able to reach him. I would still recommend this property to my friends and family wanting to stay in Scottsdale.

Great homebase for Golf, Baseball, and Old Town Fun

Perfect for a large group with kids or adults who want their own space. The layout is very versatile, the neighborhood is quiet, and it was a short drive to everywhere.

Great for the price

Clean house, spacious and great communication with the property manager. Heater broke for the pool but he had it fixed by the next day. I’d stay here again.
