777 är en av de nyutvecklade och vackert färdiga strandhemmen på Charlestown Beach Road med panoramautsikt från alla fönster. Ocean, strand, sanddyner, lövverk och Ninigret Salt Pond döljer dig om.
I hela huset kommer du att njuta av lövträ, keramiska plattor, granitplattor, tvättstuga, sängkläder, handdukar och badlakan ... Fios-kabel, HBO & Showtime, WiFi, 2-zoner luftkonditionering eller bättre, Ocean to Pond cross breezes .
Huvudnivån är alla spröjsade fönster på vattnet. Hela golvet är öppen med början i Kök & fyra stooled bardisk w / granit räknare, high-end apparater och specialgjorda skåp som innehåller krukor (hummer och andra), kokkärl, stora skålar, bestick, 2 uppsättningar av servis och glas, prylar, grilltillbehör, etc.
I vardagsrummet finns en queen size utfällbar säng i soffan, en öppen spis, TV, pulver rum och en skärm veranda w / en enda bäddsoffa, matchande rocker och överdimensionerad vadderad stol för dem som gillar inomhus / friluftsliv utsikt över Ninigret Pond. Det är ofta gästernas favorit rum.
Matsalen rymmer sju bekvämt. Den främre däcket har en Weber Genesis Grill och en Smith & Hawken paraply bord w / fyra stora stolar för uteservering. Skarndäck har en hängmatta och ytterligare sittplatser för att titta på fantastiska Ocean soluppgångar och Ninigret Pond solnedgångar.

Utanför finns en privat gated-posten strand, uppfart parkering för 4 bilar, och en hela huset auto-on Generac generator. Strandpromenaden lägre nivån erbjuder ett komplett utomhus dusch / omklädningsrum kombination, bad och förråd med solstolar, parasoll och svalare.

House is well appointed and was very comfortable for 4 adults. The views and natural light are incredible throughout the home. Will certainly stay here again in the future.

The views of the salt pond and the ocean are wonderful. The house is comfortable and well-equipped. The beach is across the street and beautiful. We had a lovely time.

Charming Charlestown

Our long weekend was perfects in every way, from our welcome to the farewell. Although this early March visit was too cold for swimming or sunning, the beauty of the property and coastal surroundings provided much to enjoy. This lovely house provided all the comforts of home, and we’re already looking forward to a return visit. Thank you Geo!

RI Coastal Paradise

We had an amazing time - this home is full of light with gorgeous views out every beautiful window- the private beach across the street was delightful.The home was immaculate - tastefully decorated and set up to accommodate all our needs. Fell asleep to the sound of waves every night . Sue the caretaker was a gem - very kind and always available! Have been vacationing in Charlestown RI for over 30 years and this was the best cottage we have ever had the privilege to spend a week at!

Heaven on Earth!

The reservation, instructions, and interactions were all kind and professional. The owner is the GOAT! The house and surrounding area looks great online but is even more splendid in person. The house is immaculate and comfortable. Stocked with everything for a great stay. I will return as often as possible.

Perfectly relaxing.

The owner has a great description of the property. He also has a great briefing of how everything in the house works. We were very lucky with the weather; great walks on the beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I would definitely like to go back. The house is a great value. Very highly recommended.

May Visit!

My daughter and I spent a few days at this wonderful home at the end of May. From the initial booking, through the pre arrival process, checking in, time we were there and even after we had left. Everything was exceptional. Geo is so kind, helpful, welcoming., and Sue was wonderful. She was there waiting for us when we arrived, and explained everything about the house and surrounding area. The house was perfect and ready for us with the doors open so you could feel the ocean breeze. It was like Heaven. There is something about Geo’s house that is so charming, inviting and comfortable. We loved it. It had everything you could need, and more. The beds were super comfortable , and there was lots of great little spots to relax and enjoy the views. There isn’t a single spot that doesn’t have an amazing view. I can’t recommend this property enough, the house itself, Geo the owner and Sue the house manager are all amazing. Such a pleasure on every level. We loved getting to stay there and getting to know Geo and Sue a little bit. They felt like friends… lovely people. Beautiful home.

Breathtaking Get-a-way!

We celebrated our daughter's graduation from URI this past weekend and couldn't have asked to celebrate at a more beautiful property! This property is amazing. Stunning views of the ocean from every window & balcony of the property. Clean, cozy, nicely decorated and the host, Geo was absolutely a charm to rent from. We will definitely be back! Our stay at a beautiful home in Charlestown

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home!! The ocean is right across the street, so, one of the bedrooms faces that, with a balcony. The master bedroom faces the bay side & we saw such a gorgeous sunset!! The house was very clean & had everything we needed to be comfortable. Geo is a great host, very communicative & Sue the housekeeper showed us where everything is around the house. We definitely plan to stay again!!

Exceptional getaway!

What an incredible find! Even off season, Geo’s home made the perfect getaway. Geo and Sue are such welcoming and attentive hosts. The house is beautifully finished and stocked with everything you could think to need available - even a few jigsaw puzzles that came in handy on a rainy day. Best of all, the beach and pond views and access are even better than the photos. Every window in the house has a gorgeous view and you’re on the dunes just steps beyond the driveway. I’ve definitely found my new spot - can’t wait to go back!

Impossible to beat!

You simply cannot beat this property. It’s located on the ocean, with incredible water views from every window. The home is clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The owner was thoughtful in their design. Beds were comfortable as well! Highly recommend!
