Vilken vacker plats att spendera lite semester! Ligger i hjärtat av Suttons Bay, är Front Cottage ett fantastiskt vintagehus i lägre nivå. Det finns 3 sovrum och 1 badrum i denna en nivå stuga som vetter mot nordväst. Sover upp till 5.
Kommer överväga veckovisa eller korta vistelser under någon säsong. Sommar 3 nätter minimum. Korta vistelser är tillåtna under de primära sommardagen, men insättningar kommer inte att debiteras för bokningar på totalt mindre än 7 nätter som bokas online tills bokningen är bekräftad av Visit Up North nästa arbetsdag. Köket är fullt utrustat för att laga mat och innehåller rostfria vitvaror, inklusive diskmaskin. Trägolv i hela. Gas spis. Kabel tv. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din bekvämlighet.

En underbar strand ligger precis runt hörnet, en mycket lätt promenad. Faktum är att parkera din bil för hela din vistelse, du kan gå till alla Suttons Bay butiker och restauranger! Endast 16 miles till Traverse City också. Biblioteket precis bakom stugan erbjuder filmuthyrning och böcker att njuta av på den sandiga offentliga stranden bredvid den. Nästa dörr och tvärs över gatan är bra ställen att äta. Bara några steg bort finns också Bay-teatern, kafé, shopping och mer. Leelanau Trail går från Suttons Bay till Traverse City. Du kan använda detta spår när som helst på året för promenader, cykling eller längdskidåkning. Hyr en tjock däckcykel och prova lite vintercykel. Farmmarknader, vingårdar, Leelanau Sands Casino ligger alla i närheten. Du kommer att ha mycket att göra i detta stora område.

Nice home needs better locks

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice home clean however, the key in the lock box worked very poorly opening and locking the front door, and did not get it to work in the side door at all. Because the large shrubs along the side of the house are so overgrown when the wind blows throughout the night, the shrubs grate against the screens and the windows. Change the front door lock to a coded key lock pad. Trim some of the greenery and then you get a five star review.

Floor dirty-kids feet were black after walking on it. Front door lock didn’t turn well to open and needs maintenance. Only one trash receptacle for 3 units. Not enough. Otherwise good location and well stocked.

Great location. Kitchen was awesome, however, the ice maker never worked, and we could get the bedroom tv's to work - operator error??? Green Cottage, lower level would like to book for next year - will send separate email.

Perfect location!! The house was clean, comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. The location was great for our family, close the beach, stores and ice cream. We will happily stay again!!

Pretty Sutton’s Bay

Well cared for property. Very clean with all the needed amenities. Vintage home with refurbished woodwork everywhere. A lot of room for a family to eat and sleep in great location. My only concern was the house was split into 3 separate entrances and the lower level had only street access with no views or comfortable outdoor seating. Amazing beach within steps but no views or ability to enjoy within the property. There is also an outdoor bar/restaurant right up against the bedroom wall and window. You can hear all the diners conversations until they close at 9:00. All in all, considering the price, I would have wanted some outdoor space and a tiny bit more privacy. The parking is also street parking which is tricky during prime dining hours. Wish this had been explained more. You will enjoy the location if you are spending time in the town.

Great location and value but could use some updates and details

This property is in the heart of town, which is both a good and bad thing. Was super convenient to be across the street from the beach and playground, right by ice cream store, etc. However, both the restaurants across the street and right next door play music at night and although they state that they close at 10 pm, they did not. It was challenging getting kids to sleep because of the noise and the fact that the sun goes down up north not until well after 9 pm and rises about 6 am. None of the rooms have curtains, only thin blinds. Some room darkening curtains would make a huge difference for everyone to get good sleep. We also had issues with the Internet going out repeatedly. Contact with the property company was scarce.

Nice location on the edge of downtown Suttons Bay

We love staying in Suttons Bay, as everything is walkable. This house was at the north end of the city, but still walkable to restaurants. There were 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. There was a restaurant right next door and you could hear people talking and their music, while it was open. But luckily, it closed at 8:00 pm. My husband and I stayed in the front bedroom and you could hear the traffic in the morning. Other than that, the kitchen and living room were roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

Good house. Bad property manager.

The house is a good house. Other reviews are accurate. The management comapny that the owner is using is aweful. A one hour session from a handy man would do this place wonders. The management company harassed us to sign a contract that could only put fear into a guest. Lots of instructions with bold text that is condescending are plasterd all over the house. The management company's rules say, do not email any issues. But the office is closed so please just leave a voicemail message for them to get back to you when they feel like it. Then they also say to not call the off hours number unless it is an absolute emergency. During the weekend they check in with a different number that they won't answer if you call it back(that voicemail says it is a texting only number). It was a very confusing stay that could have been great had a different host/manager who actually cares was in place.

October stay in Suttons Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed near this location in Suttons Bay several times. It has a great location, walkable to downtown Suttons Bay shopping, restaurants, bars, movie theater. The beach is located a couple hundred yards and the library located behind the property. Road noise and the bar/restaurant with could be noisy after dark. Parking was good.

Green Shutter stay

Very well kept, craftsman home. Very good layout, great eat in kitchen. Right on the Main Street, restaurants right next door and directly across the street. The beach was viewable from the back yard. Short walking distance to the bay. Lots of unique shopping opportunities in the next block. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Spot to stay but a little loud bc of busy road

Labor Day weekend stay

Great location and very clean and comfortable. Don't come to this place expecting to be able to connect to the Wi-Fi or watch television though.. 4 tvs and only one of them in the bedroom worked. Property manager, Lindsay is great to work with. Overall good stay. Thanks!

Dark,cold weekend!

Cozy clean cottage,a bit drafty around the windows. Fireplace made up for the chill in the rooms. A bit irritating was no info on how to use the television or DVD player.We really wanted to watch football and couldnt. The batteries in remote were missing and the replacement ones were not the right size. Couldnt use the remote for tv. Another irritation was when there was a 3hr power failure. No utility type candles or matches in the house. And it was too early for bed,in the middle of dinner. We huddled around the gas fireplace to keep warm.Thank u for replacing the coffee pot,it was a god send for next days morning brew.

Great Location, funky little cottage but know what you rent

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Sutton's Bay and this location is hard to beat. Rather than a cottage, it is an older house split with the "Green Shutter" cottage being the downstairs of an older home. You can hear the tenants upstairs as well as smell their dinner. My husband and I had plenty of room but would not book again. There is one very small, funky bathroom off the kitchen with a stackable laundry set up. The cottage only had one closet in a side room with a twin bed which had some older carpeting that was smelly to me but I smell everything. I believe, the bedrooms are actually a former sun porch which are very spacious and cute but have no closets. The kitchen and living/family area are perfect. Bed was good. We stripped the bed upon checkout and the mattress cover was old, stained or dirty.

We really enjoyed the area. There were some cob webs in areas "Terrible around the Bathroom Light". I think "my opinion" there needs to be celling fans or at least a couple of fans to move some air around it smelled musty in the house. Need to upgrade Coffee Pot to maybe a Keurig, the current one takes forever to make Coffee. The parking!! there is none, plan on parking in the street. The bedroom in front is big enough for two to sleep in comfortably however the second bedroom bed is "small Double ??" very small & the third bedroom bed is big enough for one. Just another note there is a awesome Kitchen & Bar right next door that we had no idea it was there "Not mentioned in previous reviews". Not trying to be negative in any way, but this is my review!! Overall I would stay here again. This is very convenient to everything to enjoy in Suttons Bay.
