Our family of 28(15adults 13children) 4nights in this beautiful home. We had everything we needed. And plenty of room in common areas for our crew. The beds were comfortable and lots of room in the family/kitchen area. The kids loved the arcade games and movie night on the big couch.We enjoyed the big outdoor deck and the beautiful view of Bear Lake. Sandi was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again. We did have a challenge with the tight parking but knew about that before hand from the information given and made it work.

Excellent shared spaces

Lots of open spaces to gather and hang out or separate for own space. Lots of towels, bedding and comfortable furniture.

A beautiful place!!!!

We enjoyed staying at this property. A beautiful place and breathtaking views! The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the game machines upstairs. We had a great time there and considering it for another stay!

We loved every minute of our stay. The fall colors were spectacular and so easy to enjoy from the large windows and deck that go completely across backside of house-scenery was also enjoyable from the hot tub. The kitchen was amazing and had more than enough of everything you would ever need to prepare and serve meals. 2 fridges 2 dishwashers 2 washer and dryers and plenty of hot water. Early check in, late check out and minimal required clean-up-were just cherries on top. (But that may be because it was off-season) This place offers so much to stay inside and do when it’s not boating weather. We had 15 adults, 10 kids and 3 babies. There were plenty of beds and couch space and blankets and pillows to accommodate all of us. Favorite part was having couch big enough for everyone to sit on at same time and watch a movie or Football game-but also 3 gathering area with TV’s just in case you have Bluey and not football fans. Sandi answered all questions- even obvious ones immediately and was a wonderful hostHighly recommend!!

Perfect Trip!

We had an incredible stay over the 4th of July! Sandi was a wonderful host and the home was beautiful and comfortable for our group. We loved the fully stocked kitchen for making meals...it had everything we needed ot keep our large group fed! The beds were so comfy. The kids loved the games...okay I did too (I got the high score on PacMan)! The porch swings were so lovely and relaxing. The early check in and late check out was a huge perk. It felt like we got a whole extra day in our vacation! The location was perfect. We would absolutly stay again!

The house is Incredible. The huge kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. The two fridges were so helpful for our family of 12 adults and 15 kids. The kids had a blast playing air hockey, ping pong and video games. The large theater room was perfect for our family skits and movie night. All the beds and bathrooms were comfortable and spotless. Views from the balcony are magnificent. Pay attention to the description of the parking situation. It was challenging to find a spot to park our wave runners. There is really only parking for 5 vehicles without completely blocking the steep driveway

The only place to stay at Bear Lake!

Holy cow! I cannot say enough good things about this place. A lot of times when properties say they hold a lot of people, you are sitting pretty cozy. Not here! Plenty of comfortable beds plenty of bathrooms and plenty of entertainment! The view of Bear Lake from the deck is second to none. We had about 20 people staying here ages 70 down to 4 and everyone absolutely loved it. Plenty of games, whether pool, ping-pong, air, hockey, or arcade. The kitchen… to die for! Making breakfast for 20 people on a professional gas range was awesome! Also, when they say a fully stocked kitchen, they mean it! They had a pan or appliance for every need, and more than enough dishes!Communication with the owner was excellent and the 12 o’clock check-in was the cherry on top.There was plenty of parking, even for our 15 passenger van, although it took a little bit of maneuvering.My only regret is that we only stayed only one night, but this is already in our family vacation plans for next year!

We loved staying at Raspberry Sunrise for our yearly family reunion. The space is very accommodating and comfortable. Communications with the host was easy and straightforward. Would recommend!

Sandi, Thanks so much. My family LOVED this house! There was plenty of room for each person - in lovely, clean rooms - and plenty of room in the common areas to meet. The teens boys especially loved playing pool - over and over, and it was nice to have it right there by the dining room and the kitchen where a lot of activity is. Your list (the 'rule book') was clear and easy, check-in was easy. You made it very nice for us!
