Myrtle's Beach House är det perfekta huset i perfekt läge! Det finns en fantastisk utsikt över sjön från den stora däck och från varje våning i huset. Ligger bara ett kvarter från vandringsleden, kan du gå till stranden, eller på stan för att få en hallon skaka. Gå ner på spåret till den offentliga stranden från stadsparken, eller stranden från marinan. Enkel åtkomst till Rendezvous Beach och North Beach.

Detta hus är perfekt inrättat för en stor grupp. Det finns 7 stora sovrum, 4 badrum och ett loft rum med 8 sängar och massor av utrymme att spela. Två familjerum och ett pentry i källaren ger dig gott om utrymme att umgås.
Köksbordet plats åtta plus fyra i baren. Tre picknickbord på däckplatsen ytterligare 24.

Gården är en hel 1/2 tunnland, med massor att göra! Spela ett spel volleyboll på det professionella nätet, ha ett bra spel utomhus ping pong, spela på lekstrukturen, koppla av i hammocksdiagrammen eller gör några s'mores runt den stora gasbrandpyttan (platser 16). Detta är en av de trevligaste, största varven i Garden City - så mycket utomhus kul!

Det finns 4 strandkryssare och en tandemcykel i garaget som gästerna är välkomna att använda. När du är redo att gå in det finns ett högtalarsystem, bara att koppla in din iPod och njut! Gratis super snabb WiFi, Direct TV (med sportpaket) i båda familjerum, sovrummet och källaren sovrummet. En tanklös varmvattenberedare innebär att du inte behöver rusa tillbaka från sjön för att få en varm dusch!

Vi har hyrt hus i Garden City för vår familj av 31 år och vi slutligen köpte huset som vi skulle vilja hyra! Vi vet att du kommer att älska det så mycket som vi gör.

Wonderful Family Gathering

Our family loves to come to the Bear Lake area and enjoys the activities available. We enjoyed our stay in this house very much. It was comfortable, clean, and roomy enough for all of us. The extras, such as the playground swings and slide, the badminton/volleyball net, and the ping pong table, were all enjoyed. We only had one issue with the cabin. None of us could figure out how to get in the front door because the code didn't work or something else was an issue because though we tried many times, we could never open the front door. Fortunately, we were able to enter through the garage door which opened using the code given. Otherwise, we would not have been able to get in the house. It was a great experience overall and we would rent this place again if we come back here.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Myrtle’s Beach immensely. The accomodations were perfect for our family size of 25 having 6 rooms for couples as well as 2 rooms for the grandsons and granddaughters to all be together. The girls loved the cute loft room although it was quite warm during the day even with the trundle bed pulled to free the covered air vents. It would have been nicer if both the windows could have been opened in the evenings to cool the cool the room down. (Only one window could be partially opened due to locks on one and no screen on the other.) Fortunately the backyard was so wonderful that much of the time the kids were outside anyway

Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen was adequate. Kitchen supplies like dishes and pans etc. very good. tables fine. temperature was good. nice environment.

Fun Family Getaway

We enjoyed gathering our children and grandchildren and having enough space and bedding for all of us to stay at this house. It was clean, comfortable, and close to town and the marina. Our family really enjoyed the fun backyard with all the activities it offered, and the fire pit was enjoyed as well! Great hosts answered all of our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for Large Group

Our big family had a great time in this large, well equipped home. The location is very close to the lake, shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed gathering in the large backyard with a fantastic view of Bear Lake.

Great house and location!

The house is the perfect size for our group of 22. The kids enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer and the parents were grateful for that! The bikes and playstation were a hit. The listing says it can fit 39 but in my opinion 20 to 25 people is the perfect amount. The kitchen and counterspace was a bit small for preparing for such a large group but we made it work. The pantry was great for keeping everything off the counter. Great house and great location!

Large yard, home, and fun for all

Family Reunion

We stayed here for a family reunion. The house was lovely. The kitchen well stocked, the outside playground, lawn, and fire pit were really nice. We had 31 in our group and it met our needs. One downside, the loft gets hot.

Great family reunion place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Myrtle's Beach House! Everything we needed was there at our fingertips. We really didn't lack for fun for all ages and the space was perfect for our family of 25 people. It was clean and well outfitted and on a good location.

Excellent House for a Group Trip

The house is immaculate. Clean, well stocked and comfortable for a large group. Plenty of room to cook meals and serve lots of people. Lots of bedrooms and beds, plus the cutest bunk room for kiddos. Comfy beds and good water pressure. Great yard with fire pit, ping pong, play structure, and badminton. We enjoyed sitting out after dinner every night and although there were groups in all the neighboring houses, we never heard them or felt like we were too loud. Close to everything you’d want to do - the lake, bike path and town. Convenient dumpsters in the neighborhood too. The hosts were great. We had an issue that needed attention and they were super responsive and quick to manage it. Clear instructions to use Wi-Fi & electronics are conveniently posted and there are kayas and bikes to borrow. All around a great place. We’ll be back for sure! Thanks for a great stay

Great home for a large family!

There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a great stay. The yard and the outdoor firepit were great for relaxing in the evening. Would definitely recommend it!

Large spacious property

Nice Accommodations for our Family Reunion

There were 22 in our family group and the house was the best we've ever stayed in. Because there were plenty of bedrooms, everyone had a comfortable place. Our grandkids enjoyed the big yard and especially the kayaks which we took to the beach twice. The picnic tables outside on the deck made it so we could all eat together. Other than a shortage of hand towels, everything was great and we had a very memorable time together. Thanks so much!

Great Family Property

The house was spacious to accommodate 24 of our family for our family reunion. We had a great time. Two minor problems--Toilet in one bathroom had not been cleaned of feces. The rest of the house was very clean. Two of four bikes had flat tires and were unusable. Other than that the property met and exceeded our expectations and provided a joyful family reunion.

We had a great time.

It was like coming home because we stayed there 2 years ago wonderful accommodations. Only 2 small issues: 3 of the bikes had flat tires and we had no way to pump them up. On one day the sprinklers stayed on almost all day. These didn't really bother us at all and they will soon be fixed I hope. There were plenty of towels and hot water. The water pressure was very good.

I have been coming to Bear Lake with my grandma, Muriel "Myrtle" and our extended family since I was a little girl. I introduced my husband to this beautiful lake and we have been bringing our family here since we first got married. We LOVE Bear Lake and I have always wanted to own a home here. When we bought this house we knew we would name it after the woman who started it all - my grandma Myrtle.

Varför värden valde detta boende

1. VIEWS. There are gorgeous views of the lake from the large deck and from every window on the eastside of the house.
2. LOCATION. The house is just a few blocks from the walking/biking path that runs through Garden City. It is an easy walk/bike ride to town for shakes or to the public beach access at the city park.
3. ROOMS. With 7 bedrooms there are plenty of rooms for smaller family groups to have their own rooms and the loft is great place for the kids to hang out and sleep.
4. YARD. The 1/2 acre yard gives you and your group plenty of room to play and gathering around the large fire pit is the perfect way to end the day.
5. WELL APPOINTED. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a large group needs. The furniture, bedding and towels are all new.
