Eastons POINT: Ljust, soligt, nyrenoverat hus vid stranden, kort gångavstånd till första stranden i Newport. 3 off-gatan parkeringsplatser. Har alla moderna bekvämligheter: Central Air, 2 Smart TV (55 tums LED-platta skärmar), trådlöst internet / kabel-TV / telefon. Öppen planlösning. Vardagsrum med katedralen tak öppnar för nybyggda däck med utsikt över havet. Gas grill, granit / bar med alla nya rostfria vitvaror.

Mycket trevlig, lugn stadsdel. Promenad till stranden och restauranger. Stor gård, däck med utsikt över havet, och 2 picknickbord, perfekt för stora sammankomster. Beläget på en lugn cul-de-sac, bra för barn. Husdjur OK med godkännande.

Detta 2-nivå hem är idealisk för en medelstora till stora familjen eller 2 små familjer. På övervåningen har välfylld kök, vardagsrum / matrum, badrum med dusch / badkar och 3 sovrum (ett med direkt tillgång till däck). Walk-out färdig källare funktioner öppen planlösning med vardagsrum med full och dubbelsäng storlek futons, stort sovrum med queen size-säng och stort fönster med utsikt över bakgården, badrum och tvättstuga med extra stor kapacitet tvättmaskin och torktumlare och nyttofötsel.

Great house in a great location. The neighborhood is very quaint and a short walk to sea...The owner, housekeeper and maintenance person were great communicators and are available should you need them.

Enjoyable stay near Newport

We enjoyed our stay. Location especially was fantastic - walkable to the beach and very easy to get in and out of downtown Newport.

Coming home

Our group "comes home" to Newport to visit extended family. The Stimpson Road house is just blocks from where our father grew up in the 1940-50's. Walking to the Middletown end of First Beach takes about 10 minutes!This cottage has been thoughtfully remodeled. We particularly appreciated the excellent air conditioning and electrical system upgrades. Space is well-used. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is nicely appointed. There are several coffee maker options. For us, at least one more cooking pot, a serving bowl (we found only one salad bowl), a measuring cup, and a full set of measuring spoons would have been helpful.Thank you!

Overpriced

Photographs are deceiving. The property is not as large or as nice as the photos suggest.Floor underneath at least one bed was not properly cleaned. Deck was dirty; hadn't been swept in a while. Deck table and chairs also had grime and green mildew stains. Need to be power washed. Paint peeling on exterior. Kitchen cabinets old and tired with scratches.

Excellent Spot

This place was excellent! We and our friends and children loved the property; it was clean, has a great yard, and is in close proximity both to numerous beaches and to Newport. Middletown itself was a cozy community that we loved, and Newport was an excellent place to visit. Everything about this stay was top-notch!

Very nice and clean home. Lovely area close enough to everything you would want to do, but far enough away from the traffic and noise. The home had everything you need for a great stay. If ever in the area again, would stay here.

Perfect location!

My husband and I (along with our 2 dogs) stayed in this property while visiting our daughter. The house was perfectly located in regards to excellent restaurants and shopping. The house is well appointed and was a cozy place to rest after a busy day!

A pleasant weekend away

This is a very quaint home in a quiet neighborhood. Our family of 6 adults and 1 child were very comfortable, and it was an easy commute to Newport , a local berry farm, Cliff Walk, and the beaches.

Newport neighborhood gem

Awesome property. Close to everything but away from the touristy crowds. Easy access to beach and cliff walk. Plenty of room. Our October family getaway was perfect. Would love to come back in warmer weather

great location

my son was graduating from the naval academy and we needed a place to stay for a couple nights,. I t was extremely clean, comfortable and the perfect size. The owner was very accomadating. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Family getaway

This house was perfect for a family or a group of friends! We brought our dog with us who loved going on neighborhood walks! The beach is only a few minutes walk from the house, the cliff walk is just a few minutes away, and downtown Newport is so close. We will definitely be staying here again!

This property was cute, clean and quiet. Very well maintained. Close to everything... Mansions, cliff walk and of course the reason we were there.. the marathon. Would definitely stay here again!
