Vårt hem på 925 Arawak Avenue ligger bara en enkel två kvarts promenad från den senaste tillträdesvägen till Marco till vackra halvmåne stranden. Vi tillhandahåller strandvagn, solstolar, parasoller, svalare och handdukar för din bekvämlighet. Den har ett glänsande, vitt kök med bänkskivor i granit och rostfria vitvaror. Öppen planlösning med matplats, kökö, medieområde och vardagsrum. Alla nya möbler. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med ny plyschmadrass, bifogat badkar och direkt tillgång till Lanai. Master bad har dubbla fåfänga, separat dusch och fristående badkar. Gäst sovrummen, drottning och tvåbäddsrum, ligger på motsatt sida av huset delar ett badrum med sten mosaikgolv. Med kakel- och bambusgolv och en rökning och ingen husdjurspolicy strävar vi efter att skapa en miljö som är lågallergen. Öppna trippelglasreglagen från vardagsrummet och gå in i ditt paradis; den skärmad Lanai med uppvärmd pool, solstolar och matplats. Beautiful home close to the ocean

This was a beautiful, clean home within walking distance to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. The owners provided everything you need for a day at the beach, including two beach carts, umbrellas, chairs, and sand toys.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It's beautifully decorated and very clean. The pool area is large with plenty of room to hang out. We had everything we needed and loved the many board games to play.

Superb location-Excellent value

Our family of 6 spent a fabulous stay at this home this summer. The house is just a short walk from the beach and it was fully equipped with carts, umbrellas, beach towels etc. to make it easy and convenient. The home is beautifully decorated and very functional with excellent utilization of the space. The pool is just the right size and the patio furniture makes it very enjoyable to be outdoors. We didn't use the BBQ grills but they are available should we have decided to do so. The rooms were spacious and so were the bathrooms. The kitchen was open and equipped with top rated appliances and basic necessities. When adding all these features, this home is the perfect place to spend a few relaxing days in beautiful Marco Island.

Quiet tranquility!

The property was simply amazing, from the landscaping,to the design inside the house, my wife loved every little thing she gazed her eyes on , the decore was out of bounds ! Felt like so much spirit in the house , wow me and my wife almost didn’t leave,, we were going to lock ourselves in,,. Marco Island Retreat

A great home in a great location! A short walk to the beach was perfect for our family and the pool was a relaxing alternative for those that wanted to stay behind. The owner was responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and will definitely be back.

Beautiful house!

Alan called us right after we got settled in to let us know to call him anytime if we had questions. That was nice.The pool was the favorite for the kids. Plenty of pool toys and floaties. Beach was a short walk. They have plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, wagon, and sun huts. We left a few beach items for the next guest.We used the air mattress “EZ bed” and that was great to sleep on too.Nice to have some condiments/spices already there. We left paper plates and cups for the next guest.Would definitely stay there again!!! House was beautiful and clean! Thank you Alan and family!!

A perfect getaway!

This house is absolutely perfect for a family beach getaway! The screened-in pool was a hit with the kids, the short walk to the gorgeous beach/sunsets couldn’t be beat, and Alan was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. The beds were comfortable, the garage was we’ll-stocked with beach gear, and there were plenty of towels for all the water activities. No complaints and a place we’d happily stay again on another trip to Marco Island!

Marco Island Thanksgiving Trip

The property was perfect for our stay during Thanksgiving. We stayed for 8 days. Home was in a great location with a very short walk to public beach access. The home was as described and detailed instructions were left for any questions we had. the only thing that would have been helpful is if an upright vacuum was left available for guest use. there were times where we wanted to clean the kitchen or other areas but weren't able to. Also, bring pillows because the ones that are on the beds no longer have support because they are old. No complaints at all! this house was perfect for our stay.

Amazing location and house

Great Spring Break Getaway

We loved our spring break on Marco Island. Home is in great condition, located in a quiet neighborhood and is a very short walk to the beach. Home is equipped with everything that you might need… 20+ beach towels, great outdoor seating area, fully stocked kitchen, keyless entry, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach accessories, etc. Our girls in particular loved the outdoor heated pool. We highly recommend the home & hope to visit again soon.

Best vacation in a long time
