Palisade is a separate 2nd story apartment that features 2 (queen) private bedrooms & 1 full shared bathroom. Recently upgraded to include a common area with streaming TV, dining for 4, kitchenette with 2-burner induction cooktop, mid-size fridge/freezer, toaster oven, microwave, & Keurig. Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway!

We provide our guests with a warm & inviting experience, while ensuring consistent standards & common amenities throughout. Fernweh is a special place for shared experiences that create new traditions, unforgettable moments, & cherished memories that will be treasured for years to come.

Fernweh Riverfront is situated along the Guadalupe River with 6 rental options too choose from. Guests will enjoy direct access to the water onsite and will have access to our sister property across River Road, Fernweh Hillside, where an inviting pool and pickle ball court are located.

We have a dedicated team of people ready to answer any questions you may have and respond quickly during your stay.
We do have "quiet hours" but the property contains a total of 6 rentals. We request conscientious behavior from all of our guests.

12:00am to 7:00am

PARKING
Parking for Palisade is TANDEM and in a shared driveway. Guests at Palisade should park right in front of the stairs to the unit, and hug the retaining wall to the right to allow any guests at Capri to fully utilize their side of the driveway on the left. Vehicles should not extend past the retaining wall to allow for all guests to easily enter and exit the property.

WATER CONSERVATION
Because we are on a well and monitored by both Comal County and TCEQ for our water usage with daily maximum capacity limits, we respectfully request that everyone practice conscientiousness related to water conservation during your stay. Ideally, please don’t run water longer than needed and if you notice a toilet “running,” let us know asap so we can correct swiftly. We will have staff in the area that will be able to respond. PLEASE do not utilize any outdoor water hoses or spigots during your stay.
