Rosewood Beach House ligger i Rehoboth Beach, ca 8 till 10 minuters bilresa från Rehoboth Beach, utan att behöva ta sig på Route 1 för att nå havet. Ta bara tunnelbana och sedan Church Street. Huset ligger i ett lugnt område i Bay Vista steg från en lugn kanal. Mindre än 5 minuter till Fresh Market, Blue Coast och Jungle Jims, restauranger och outlet shopping! Två Rehoboth Beach parkeringspass ger gästerna möjlighet att använda under vistelsen.

Lovely time at this beach house

I stayed in this beach house with 8 other people for a total of 9, and it was a good amount of space for the 9 of us. The property was clean and we appreciated that there were enough bath towels and even beach towels available for use. Kim communicated consistently with me via online VRBO messages and we did not have any problems with checking in or following her instructions. Kim also provided us with 2 parking passes for Rehobeth beach, which worked well for our party size since all 9 of us were able to fit in 2 cars when we drove to the beach. We had 4 cars in total so all 4 of us were able to fit on the driveway, but it may be difficult for parties that bring more than 4 cars. The only thing was that the basement bathroom was kind of strange because the toilet and sink were in one location, and then just the shower itself was oddly in the middle of the basement. My friends who lived in the basement also said that it was a bit too cold at night. Overall, this was one of the better VRBOs that I stayed at and I appreciate the extra touches of beach towels and 2 guest parking passes. I also liked that the bathrooms were stocked with soap and toilet paper so the only amenities people needed to bring were shampoo/conditioner.

Beautiful, spacious house

Beautiful house with grill and lovely screened in porch. The only drawback to the house is that you have to drive to the beach, which is in the listing. We were very comfortable and enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen and lounging in the communal areas!

Rehoboth DE wedding week stay

Kim is a great host. Her house was beautifully decorated, very cozy and charming, perfect stay for our wedding week for our daughter's wedding. There was so much room to get ready, hair, make-up. The neighborhood is very quite and I think the neighbors prefer it to stay that way so no wild parties, parking or late nights, which was perfect for us. The house is spacious but at the same time intimate. Thank you Kim, we really enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect spot for friend reunion!

Six of us lifelong friends met for a long weekend to reconnect, and this house was PERFECT! We loved the many options for hang out spots, the extra touches of live plants (even fresh roses!!) and the clean, beachy vibe. It's not an easy walking distance from anything, however, we had no issues with Doordash for dinner, and we did use the parking passes to go to the beach. Highly recommend and would gladly rent again!

Lovely Rehoboth getaway!

We were two families- 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Plenty of room for all to be together or apart. lThe house is clean and kitchen is well stocked. Great location and wonderful screened in porch. A few recommendations- a teapot vs Keurig, a blow dryer and a drain board that can store under sink. A great find in Rehoboth!

Beautiful spacious house for our Girls' reunion weekend

We stayed here for the Rehoboth Half marathon weekend. It was a 25 year college reunion for the 6 of us girls. The house was amazing and perfect for our stay. The owner Kim was very communicative and informative about the property. VERY easy check in on the morning of as was the check out on Sunday. Kim's house is beautifully decorated and it is sparkling clean just as the description implies. Being in this house really topped our weekend off. It was an easy ride to the center of town where the marathon's start and finish was. Thank you Kim for allowing us to stay in your amazing home. We had the best time. And if there are any runners out there consider the half or full marathon in Rehoboth next year. One of the best races out there...and the post party was a blast!!!

Perfect Getaway for GF weekend!

We loved this house! The house was impeccable! The decor was so welcoming. The house is spacious with plenty of bedrooms and large gathering areas. Excellent outdoor space as well! Though we did not use most appliances, it was clear that everything is well maintained. Location wise it is also perfect. It is close to the outlets and shops and great dining. Kim is an amazing host, always patient in answering our questions. We truly felt it was home away from home! We definitely recommend this beautiful home!

We Enjoyed Our Vacation , Please Read

We have been coming to Rehoboth for years now, and have stayed in some really great places for the money, and some places that have over-promised and under-delivered....my standards will certainly be different than others. If I could, I would rate the property itself at 3.5 stars. Kim, the owner was absolutely fantastic....5 stars for her responsiveness, the ease of check-in, etc. Also 5 stars for the quiet location, and ease of getting to the beach. As for the property itself, it certainly had some charm, however there were a few things that gave us pause: 1. The building interior could do with a refresh at the end of this season - the wear-and-tear of renters showed in the furniture as well as some of the fixtures. Some of the surfaces (fuzzy pillows, blankets, etc.) were not practical for a rental as there is no way to sufficiently clean them. 2. The mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms (with the exception of the master) were not supportive. My mother had to go out and purchase a mattress topper to try and alleviate her difficult time sleeping. 3. The basement shower was functional, however the layout was awkward with the shower out in the open of the basement. 4. The master bedroom lacked any dressers and nightstands. The walk-in closet was huge, however we would have appreciated bedroom furniture. 5. The house is advertised as a 6-bedroom house, with 2 bedrooms in the basement, 2 average size bedrooms on the upper level, and one giant master-suite containing an additional space within it, which was converted to a bedroom (2 twin daybeds) and separated with a curtain. Our two small children (5 and 2) slept in that room all week and the lack of a physical door and wall separating the rooms was very problematic for us. In all reality, this is a 5 bedroom house including a gigantic master suite. If you can get by with having the kids share a bed in one of the other rooms, go that route. We did not have the luxury of being able to do that and we slept terribly all week. The value for how much it cost just wasn't there for us this year. Bookings were pretty full due to demand, and prices increased across the board. This place was almost $1,500 more than what we usually pay for a similarly-sized home. For the money we expected a bit more. We still enjoyed our vacation, and were glad to have a big house to stay in, which Kim graciously provided for us. Thank you for the week that you shared your home with us.

Great family vacation!

We stayed for a few days at the house with 2 families with 4 kids all 6 and under. We had a great time! Very clean house, space for the kids to run around and play. Close enough to the beach for quick trips and a nice quiet neighborhood. Host was helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Beach passes provided were also helpful. Many memories with good friends where made!

Nice house, bad neighbors

The house was excellent, we had a group of 10 adults and we had space for everyone. The only issues I really had was that by tht policy of the owner we were not allowed to smoke on the property so when someone had to smoke, they had to take it out to the street to do so. This caused a the next door neighbors to be upset and the call one of the guest a racial slur.

Perfect weekend getaway

This was the perfect place to spend a few days away outside our normal pandemic routines. The house was beautiful and clean and big, so it felt like a true vacation. Close enough to Rehoboth Beach to easily access but not so close that you felt surrounded by people. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Top notch home in Rehoboth - perfect for a weekend or more

We had a fantastic time at Kim's place in Rehoboth. The house is in perfect shape and it is extremely well maintained. We loved the kitchen and the open seating area - lots of evening gathering there. So many great options for enjoying the outdoors too - including the screened in back patio, the deck, and the front porch with rockers. The beds were comfortable and spacious - and the master bedroom was truly a suite unto its own. Instructions were clear and straightforward for check in/out and things like A/C and wifi. We had great owner-renter communication throughout - very fast and friendly The location is more of a drive than a walk to the beach, but its a quick drive and the parking passes included with the house make it easy. Would absolutely come back - only wish we could have stayed longer this time!

One of the best vacation homes

The house is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean! The owner has thought of every little detail to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. We also loved the house's proximity to the beach and great restaurants (about 5-10 min drive depending on time of day). Would definitely recommend staying here!
