Welcome to the Lakeview Haven! Our place overlooks beautiful Bear Lake giving stunning views year round. Sleeping up to 28, our home has everything you need for a fun and enjoyable vacation, including 3 gathering areas, ping pong table and arcade game, bunk room, 2 outdoor patio's and a fully stocked kitchen. With the house located in the Reserve, you'll have access to a private beach, pool, hot tub, sports courts, gym & office space.

You will receive a key fob to access The Reserve amenities which include: - clubhouse pools, hot tub, workout facility, office space and private beach (half a mile south of The Reserve). Note: the outdoor pool is closed in the winter months.

Beautiful home and lovely view. There was enough bedrooms for our family and the bunk room was a bonus for the grandchildren. Having two tables in the kitchen was great.One on our favorite visits to Bear Lake and we have been coming for years. Thanks for your hospitality.

Vacation tired with a smile

Lots to do, great house except no AC in the basement. Great kitchen for all 24 of us. Kids loved the arcade game. The primary main floor bedroom/bathroom was not ADA accessible for a wheelchair….the entrance to the bathroom was very narrow.

We recently stayed at this Bear Lake home. Overall, it was a good experience, but there are areas that need improvement.Pros: The layout was great for a group, and most rooms had king beds, which was perfect for couples. The common room was spacious and comfortable, great for gathering. Kids were entertained with a ping pong table, arcade game, toys, and board games. The kitchen was well-equipped with two large tables, plenty of seating, and a pantry that kept things organized. The driveway had ample parking, and access to the garage was helpful for storage.Cons: Some beds were uncomfortable and lumpy, which made it hard for some family to sleep well. Cleanliness was lacking. When we checked in, we found hair in showers, dried urine on toilets, dirty kitchen floors, spills on appliances, unvacuumed stairs, and a large stain on the downstairs carpet. A load of dirty towels was left in the washing machine. We noticed dusty air vents, a broken screen door in the master, and a bad smell from one of the downstairs shower drain. The A/C didn't seem to work in the basement, which made it uncomfortably warm at night. There were lots of bugs, especially in the basement—likely due to the surrounding vegetation, but it could use pest control. We also didn’t receive a welcome binder or check-out instructions, and didn’t hear back from the host when we reached out about check out procedures.The home has great potential—it just needs more attention to detail.

Perfect for families and adventurers! Our place is a beautiful 8 bedroom 5.5 bath home that comes fully equipped to suit your stay. Short distances to an astounding number of amenities and sites. Along with all the included amenities in The Reserve, there are easy accessed trails for ATV's straight from the home, a 25 minute drive to Beaver Mountain for skiing, and a 20 minute drive to The Sinks for snowmobiling.
