"Den Heber C (på 8/10 tunnland) på Kimball Lane är en del av den gamla Heber C Kimball egendom. Med 9 sovrum och 10 badrum och en stor bonus rum ovanför 3 bil garage med egen bad, det finns gott om plats för hela familjen. Det finns 2 fullt utrustade kök, 2 tvättstugor, en stor välvda täckt däck med en fantastisk utsikt över Bear Lake! 2 mycket rymliga sovrummen, en på huvudnivån och en annan på gå ut källarplanet. Däcket ovan har en utomhus eldstad för rostning marshmallows när branden Marshall säger nej för att öppna bränder. Öppen grop för bränder i bakgård (när tillåtet). Gå till Pickleville Playhouse för levande underhållning. (Reservationer krävs) Gå 9/10 mil till allmänhetens tillgång till stranden på 250 E Loop Road.
HUVUDNIVÅ *** Sovrum med stora bubbelbad och anpassade dusch. Great Room (kök, matsal, vardagsrum) har en full murad öppen spis. BR # 2 har halv bad plus det finns en extra halv bad i hallen.
ÖVERVÅNING *** BR # 3 & 4 har vardera ett badrum. BR # 5 och 6 delar ett badrum mellan dem.
Bonus rum *** Stort område över tre bil garage har fotboll och air hockey & Stor platt skärm med DVD. Vi erbjuder kuddar och 36 dubbla madrasser, BYO väska.
DOWNSTAIRS *** BR # 7 & 8 delar ett stort 3/4 bad med en egen dusch. Tvättstuga. Stort badrum. BR # 9 är en annan rymlig Master med ett badrum. Kliva ut på en stor skuggig uteplats på marknivå. BR & Bad # 9 har 3 fot breda dörrar på marknivå gör det rullstol. Stor gräsyta är perfekt för familjen spel och gärna använda hästen bete för softball etc. Hästarna kommer att flytta in i den andra betesmark om du har morötter.
Vi serveras en uppgift för vår kyrka i Nauvoo Illinois och vi har valt att använda våra memoriblia från LDS kyrkans historia att dekorera vår stuga. Vi hoppas att du kommer att njuta av söt anda vi känner det.

The place is amazing and the owner is awesome. We have done this for several years. First time here, i don't think it will be our last. We adored our stay here. Be sure to bring firewood and enjoy this place, we did.

Great for a family reunion

The home was perfect for our family reunion! The loft room had so many sleeping pads for kids and enough bedrooms for all the adults. The wrap around porch with tables and chairs gives the home even more space not included in the description. It is close to everything you need in Bear Lake. Great place!

Great Place

We had a large family reunion here and it was perfect! We loved the backyard with the playground and volleyball net. It was a perfect spot for all of us to gather. We had plenty of rooms and space for everyone with the bonus room and extra mats. The living rooms were a little small so we couldn’t all gather together there but it was fine. The host is helpful and very responsive. We would definitely come back again!

We rented this property for a family reunion, and were so pleased! Plenty of spaces to suit our needs. We especially loved the huge, open yard. Two kitchens, comfortable beds. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect for a big group

We had a big friend group come and stay and had the best time! The backyard with the grassy area, outdoor seating and swing set was SO great for kids. There was enough room for everyone! Beds were comfy. Two kitchens plus the garage fridge provided ample space! Loved that many of the bedrooms had a large closet that fit a pack-n-play. Worked out great for the families with younger kids! Air hockey in the garage was also so fun for kids. Stay here if you need room to play and have a big group.

Fun house, great yard

Everything about our stay was great. The yard itself was probably our favorite part, so big, and with fun things already in place for everyone to do. The co-host was very helpful when we had questions, and helped ensure everything was in working order. Overall a wonderful experience. Would recommend.

Fantastic!

It has a great yard for family games. A fun play set for the kids and the swings under the willow trees were a hit. The house had plenty of space and is nicely decorated. The two full kitchens were so convenient. We would certainly return for another family reunion at Bear Lake.

WONDERFULLY CLEAN

This is a great home that is 10* clean, with comfy beds and 10 bathrooms! The bonus room and outdoor space was fabulous for our children and the location is perfect to get to town and the beach within minutes! We had a wonderful time. The property manager is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this lovely, soacious home

Bigger than it lol pled in the pictures

This place was bigger than what I pictured it was going to be like. It worked fantastic for what I needed it for and the fact that there were so many bathrooms nobody had to wait to go. That is important with small kids. Lots of parking which was a must for my group. Everyone really enjoyed the stay here.

Great place for a Family Reunion

We loved staying at the Heber C with 40 of our family members for a family reunion. We were able to give all of the married couples their own bedroom and the cousins all loved bunking together in the loft. The property had 3 fridges (two indoor and one in the garage) to store all of our cold food. The only complaint we had is all of the kitchen cabinets in both kitchens were full of bowls, serving pieces, small appliances, etc. We had nowhere to put any of the dry food that we brought to cook 4 days of meals for 40 people. We ended up covering every available counter space with food. Some free standing shelves in the kitchen or garage to store food would be a welcome addition. We loved that there was plenty of seating for meals. We put up the provided tables and chairs on the deck which offers a lovely view. Our family spent many happy hours playing volleyball and other lawn games on the spacious backyard. This house offers tons of space to spread out. We had card and board games going downstairs, visiting on the main floor, air hockey in the garage, and lots of games in the loft. The communication with the host was fantastic and the check out procedures were easy and clearly outlined in the welcome binder. We loved our time at the Heber C and would recommend it for anyone looking for a great family reunion space at Bear Lake.

Beautiful location

The property was in a great location. Plenty of room inside and great having 2 kitchens. Loved the wrap around porch. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Would love to come back again but the price has gone up so will probably look elsewhere. Hard time getting owner to answer some texts.
