En Pink Pearl är en vacker strandfront 3BR / 4BA hem ligger i hjärtat av Frangista Beach. Från det ögonblick du anländer kommer du att tas in av utsökt utsikt över viken och fantastisk inredning. Inte en enda detalj har förbises i designen av A Pink Pearl.

Den första våningen vardagsrummet erbjuder en våt bar, platt-TV, bäddsoffa och badrum. Gå ut på det stora däck och hitta en 8 "x 14" Gulf Front-pool och skuggat matplats med en propangrill.

Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet och köket ligger på andra våningen. Köket är en kock dröm med sina professionella Viking rostfria vitvaror och granit bänkskivor. Gästrummet på denna våning har en charmig Romeo-balkong, en stor platt-TV och en king size-säng med klädkammare. Badrummet har en duschkabin och fungerar som ett pulverrum för denna våning.

På översta våningen finns de två kvarstående sovrummen inklusive master-sviten. Koka en flaska champagne i våtbaren kylskåp och gör dig redo att bli bländad av solnedgångar sedd från din privata Gulf Front balkong med bekväma uteplats möbler. Befälhavaren Badrummet har Kalifornien garderober, ljus skåp och bänkskivor i granit, en travertin dusch och ett badkar. Nedgången är det tredje sovrummet med tre enkelsängar och ett intilliggande badrum med badkar / duschkombination.

It’s Really a 10!

It sites directly on the beach and beautiful views for the decks. I loved the private plunge pool. I’m happy the owner has a belt you can pull across the driveway since the house sits beside the public beach access and cars would likely pull in drive if this belly wasn’t there. The Frangista Beach Properties staff were kind and on top of things. I will look to revisit this house and area again. Excellent experience!

Beautiful Home, Super Clean.

Everything about this stay was smooth. House was spotless, view was incredible. I would recommend having the elevator turned on when you rent, if you have any kind of knee or joint issues since there are three flights of stairs .

Wonderful

We have been going to Destin for 30 years and this has been the best property yet. We look forward to staying again. The furnishings, appliances, and decor was excellent. We were extremely pleased with the house. Everything was well supplied. We loved getting into the pool every morning before going down to the ocean.
