From the house, you have a magnificent view of a small private lake. Hiking trails pass directly over the property, which is also bordered by a small river. There's a tree house and a zip line, and kids love our large wooded lot for all kinds of games.

The lot is unique in the area. A private lake, a large wooded lot, a river that runs through the property. This is what makes our cottage a bucolic location. No other chalet in the neighborhood has a lot like it. Put on your ski boots and a 4-minute walk takes you straight to the ski lift. To get back to the chalet, a good run and you can ski straight down.

La maison est anciennement un inter-génération. Nous avons connecté les deux parties de la maison par le deuxième étage au niveau des chambres.

We designed the house with family and friends in mind.

On the main floor, you'll find a large kitchen with a magnificent view of the wooded grounds and small lake. The living room with giant screen and pellet fireplace. A room dedicated to outdoor equipment and a powder room. There's a sofa bed in the main-floor living room for people with reduced mobility.

On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a second living room. The sofa in the second living room is a sofa bed that can accommodate one person.

Formerly an intergenerational home, the stairs on the second floor will take you into the "bar" section of the house. Furnished with a pool table, a second kitchen with fridge and stove.

In the basement, you'll find a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom and a large games room with table soccer and arcade basketball. In the playroom, there's a trundle bed, so two single beds. We've also created a cozy night-sky corner with a sofa bed. The laundry room is in the basement.

The large ground-floor terrace is furnished with a bbq and a private spa.

A bassinette is available in the master bedroom. There's a highchair in the kitchen.

Guest Access:
Nous avons installés 3 unités d'air climatisé. Une unité dans le salon de l'étage principal. Une deuxième unité dans la chambre des maîtres. La troisième unité est dans le salon du deuxième étage et couvre les 3 chambres du 2e étage.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood abounds with winter and summer activities.

Our lot has direct access to winter hiking and snowshoeing trails.

We're just a few meters from Stoneham's ski lift.

There are cross-country ski trails at the Stoneham Golf Club.

Other Things to Note:
Parties are not permitted. Get-togethers with family or friends are permitted.

You must bring your own beach towels for the spa.

Sheets for sofa beds are not provided.

Nous ne garantissons pas l'accès au foyer extérieur ainsi qu'au BBQ en hiver ( a partir du 1er novembre au 30 Avril).

Le bois pour le foyer extérieur n'est pas fourni. Vous devez amener votre bois de foyer.

Il y a une camera de surveillance qui fait face au stationnement et un système d'alarme.
