Restful girls’ trip

The view and space are beautiful. We walked to a cafe for coffee in the mornings and enjoyed watching the waves that were so close. Host was thoughtful and the spot was just what we needed!

Our favorite Lincoln City stay so far

My family stays on the Oregon Coast at least twice a year, and the Lincoln City area is one of our favorites, so we've stayed in everything from hotels, cabins, vacation homes, tents, etc. in the area, and this home is by far one of our top stays. The location is amazing with quick beach access. Glendon Beach is amazing all in it's own rights, but having access right off the property is great. Not to mention all the amenities the property offers. The host was exceptional at addressing any issues that we had, and the house was above our expectations. We have already pre-booked our stay next year. No need to keep browsing, if it's available I'd recommend booking, you won't regret it.

Fantastic location with incredible views!

Highly recommend! Fantastic location with incredible views! The kitchen was well accommodated, the bed and pillows were comfortable and made for a good night's sleep and the shower was inviting. We'll be back again next year!

Hidden coastal gem!

I was so impressed with our stay in Derek’s home. We had an amazing time in the surrounding area and on the beach. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The attention to detail to ensure our stay was comfortable was wonderful. Towels - fluffy! Shower pressure - amazing!Coffee bar - stocked! Forget some toiletries? - you’re covered! Will definitely book again!

Amazing!

The property was perfect in every way. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! My kids and I were on a road trip through Oregon, and staying here was truly one of the highlights of our trip. None of us wanted to leave!

Great location

Really a fabulous little place. The location is great and just steps from the beach. We stay on the coast each yr and sometimes need a larger space but this was perfect for 3 of us. Close to many fun restaurants in Depot Bay and Lincoln City. The house was clean and very comfortable. The deck and hot tub are perfect spot to relax. Great communication from property owner. When we need a small space we will definitely look to stay here again.

Perfect little getaway

Excellent location and ideal for a small getaway. Had a blast staying here, the view with a cup of coffee in the morning is hard to beat. Jacuzzi and tea in the evening was our go to. Beach Access is super easy and a major plus to this place. Apartment was clean and had all the essentials. Derek was super responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Very nice location, beautiful views of the beach, easy access to the beach and town. The electrical outlets did not work in the master, but that's ok we were able to use the other outlets and the owner will fix this for future guests.

Best spot on the beach.

Location and home was incredible. Everything in the home and on the patio was perfect. I almost wanted to leave a bad review to discourage other people from booking it, so then it would be available for us to go back and stay more frequently... lol. But, Derek was too helpful and accommodating as a host. This is truly a perfect beach house. We'll be back soon

Amazing!

This location was perfect for my family 2 kids 8 & 10 and my husband and I. Walk down to beach kids could go down and we could watch them from the deck. Clean and updated!! One negative is the cleaning person left towels and bedding washed in washer. Had to rewash and dry for more towels. Overall love it and will go back.

Outstanding View!

We spent 5 nights in this beautiful home. The view is amazing. The place is spotless and has many extras. The kitchen is fully stocked, including things like an air fryer and indoor grill. The bed is very comfortable. The space is perfect for a couple to come and unwind. You can spend the day indoors relaxing with a view, sit in the hot tub with a view, or walk down the stairs and be right on the beach. Derek is highly response to communication with you, for any simple questions that you might have. We will be back! Thank you, Derek!!

This place was amazing. My two 20-something daughters and I stayed for four nights and we loved it. Location was wonderful and we had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. Direct access to the beach or sit on the patio or deck and watch/listen to the oven from there. If there was anything I could say needed attention it was the hot tub. It was pretty murky. But that's easily fixed and we'd definitely stay again! One of my daughters is already thinking of bringing her boyfriend back.

Phenomenal Stay

Overall impression: Loved the place and will come back again if available. I loved staying here and listening to the waves. When not on the beach or exploring I would sit in the rocking chairs on the deck and enjoy the view.Communications and Check-in: Check-in went smooth and host responded quickly to any questions. There was a Tsunami advisory (Russian earthquake) while I was there, and the owner was kind enough to call me and let me know in case I had not heard. Bedroom/Bathroom: The bed was very comfortable and the main bathroom is large, clean and beautiful. I did not use the second bathroom or pull out bed. Kitchen and cooking: The kitchen is well stocked and full of extra small appliances and gadgets. I was at first disappointed that there was not an outside grill, but there is a ninja cooker that made one of the best ribeye steaks I have had. I googled the instructions on the Internet. When I asked about a grill, I was told an outside grill does not last long as it will rust quickly in the salt air. Privacy and beach access: The location is pretty private with only one property to the north you can partially see from the deck. The beach side has a long deck with great views. The property sits on a hill and beach access is down a number of stairs. The stairs dump you out at the beach access spot. If you have mobility issues the stairs could be an issue, just ask my injured knee after falling while exploring tide pools. I loved having a foot washing station!
