With brand-new (2023) construction, modern furnishings, and appliances, you'll be living in the lap of luxury when you're not enjoying sun-soaked on-site at the pool or tennis courts. A private, covered patio equipped with outdoor seating and a deluxe gas grill set the stage for afternoon barbecues or happy hours. Miramar Beach access is less than half a mile south and Emerald Bay Golf Club is just over a mile north of the home.
Shilap, natural wood accents, and high-end decor accent the interior, while up-to-date home appliances ensure 21st-century comfort and convenience. A smart TV is equipped to stream all your favorite shows and movies in the living room. A dedicated beverage fridge and a Ping-Pong table are sure to spark some friendly competition. Viking-brand stainless steel appliances make it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals in the kitchen. Additional perks include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
