Gorgeous Gulf views, an on-site pool, and direct beach access make this the perfect choice for a coastal getaway. Bask in the breezes while enjoying the views from your private balcony. When you're ready to step out for some sunshine, head down to the pool or right out to the sand to spend the day at the beach. The Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, local dining options, and charter services can be found just a short drive or bike ride from the condo.

The space itself has been recently updated and comes fully furnished for modern family comfort. Home essentials include a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom provide flexible entertainment.

Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property was gorgeous and clean! Check in process was very smooth. My only complaint is there was no way to lock the slider door. I did reach out to the property manger and they did respond quickly with a quick fix. I would highly recommend!

A lovely beach getaway

The condo was clean, updated, comfortable and well-maintained. The location is great! The folks at Vacasa were super nice and seemed to be genuinely committed to taking great care of me. I will definitely be back, and I will be a return Vacasa customer for sure!

Nice spot on Gulf

Loved sitting on balcony. The bed was extremely comfy, slept like a rock (which is highly unusual for me). Location was great, cook in or good food is not far away. Loved that there were beach chairs, and a hose to wash the sand off at the walkway to beach.

Accurate listing

Details about the property we right on. We had an issue with the A/C even though we followed the guidelines. They sent someone out quickly but that person was not equipped to fix it. We had to wait another whole day before the right person came out. They should have sent the right person the first time.Other than that the stay was great!

A perfect beach getaway

This is an unbeatable location! The condo is directly on the ocean front. It was clean and comfortable, well stocked with kitchen needs. The only issue we had was the lighting inside. There were very few lamps and no overhead lights. I assume this is for sea turtle safety, but it would have been much more comfortable if there were thick curtains and adequate lighting inside. We weren’t able to do our puzzle once the sun went down!

Beautiful condo with a great view

Location was great! Everything was clean. We liked the giant TVs. We don't go to the beach to watch TV but once we've worn ourself out, it was nice to have one that big. Appreciated the extras like all the beach supplies. Don't worry about it being second floor, the views are amazing, no obstructions.

Amazing View for the Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved the view from this condo! The balcony is perfect to enjoy the beach, the water, the sky and simply relax watching dolphins swim by! Being an end unit, the view from inside and natural light is also amazing. We enjoyed the beach items for us to use, and played with the boardgames as well. The 65” TVs made my husband very happy, too. Everything was in excellent condition for our family and we will definitely book again.

Great location, away from congestion and crowds

Have stayed at this condo building before. Low key, so close to beach, only 8 floors. So sitting on your balcony is like sitting on the beach, but no worries about a sunburn, or hauling stuff to the beach.

Perfect Stay at Beach Condo

Very fresh and renovated condo with like new comfy mattresses, appliances, and fixtures. We loved the large windows facing the Gulf and the views from the 2nd floor. Wish we could stay longer!
