My family has stayed here more than once. The value and location can't be beat. The convenience of walking to the football stadium, McKale arena, and campus is what keeps us coming back!

Convenient to U of A

It's a nice property that was convenient to the University. The hot water in the shower took a while to heat up, but was adequate. I would stay there again.

Close to Campus

We were easily able to walk to campus for my son's wheelchair basketball tournament. We enjoyed the convenience of the parking spaces and plenty of room for all six of us in the house. We would stay here again.

Great place, we wanted something close to the U of A arena and this was very walkable even in the rain. We had some mixups on the communication but Marcus was easily reached and very responsive. Clean and nice firm beds. Pleased with this rental. No hair dryer available.

It was our pleasure to be your host. So sorry to learn - something was not clean or did not smell nice. Next time, please contact the host immediately with any concerns. The hall bathroom door and bathroom window will be inspected. The other bathroom door does not swing close. In stead, it is a barn door and it slides right to close and left to open.
