Perfect place for a couple planning time in nearby Sequoia National Park. Ideally located at the south entrance. Clean, comfortable and well furnished. Small, well appointed kitchen. Awesome outdoor seating overlooking the river. Host was helpful and very responsive.

Me and my stayed here for 4 nights. Location is excellent, so close to park entrance, the town of three rivers has just enough restaurants for our needs. The property is clean, the game room patio is great for hanging out, we have the entire river front beach area to ourselves. Would stay here again.

Grateful to have found such a special place by the river to relax and adventure into the Sequoia National Park from. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. Comfy bed. A/C kept it at a perfect temp. Loved meeting the ducks and sitting out on the big, sun-warmed rock to have wine while looking at the stars.

This place was wonderful! So clean , everything you need for our stay was available. Most of all very close to park entrance and we could walk to The Gateway Restaurant which had great meals and fantastic staff. Our Host supplied us with great information prior to our stay.

Loved this cute casita with private river access! During my stay, I enjoyed my morning coffee overlooking the river. Everything needed was provided for, and it's very close to the entrance of Sequoia! Highly recommended.

Place was really special and private. The back porch looks over the amazing river and forest backdrop. Great for relaxation and so close to the entrance of the Sequoias. We enjoyed our stay. I brought a personal mister because I knew it would be hot. I also bring my own pillows because I’m picky. Host was wonder and very communicative. Highly recommend.

We loved it here. It was very clean. It had everything we needed plus some fantastic extras. We loved the game room. We spent a couple hours in there playing video games and chilling. We ate our dinner out on the patio overlooking the river, which was wonderful. It was very quiet and very private. It is literally five minutes to the foothill visitor center inside Sequoia national Park. Everything was as expected. The host provided a ton of information via text which was awesome. Thank you so much. We had a wonderful time.

Retro River Casitas was absolutely amazing for the 2 of us. We are in our 70s really appreciated that there were no stairs to deal with. The place is so nice and clean and has all the amenities you need. The location is perfect a half a mile to the park entrance and rightvan the main road it was so easy to get in the park and into town. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. We can't wait to get back there again.

Perfect Getaway

Srey's place is nothing short of AMAZING! The Casita is clean and cozy and we absolutely LOVED the private beach area! The beautiful views were so relaxing, we did not want to leave and can't wait to return! Thank you, Srey, for a lovey stay!

The property was in a fantastic location. You cannot beat being a quarter mile outside of Sequoia. If you are going to be going to Kings Canyon, be advised you will definitely be driving a little more. If you are coming in at night after dark the property's definitely a little bit harder to find as Google maps gives you a different location and tells you to walk to the Casita. The property was clean and well maintained and the host was extremely communicative. The river and attached game room was nice, although my wife and I didn't really use either. It's a great spot for families, however. I would definitely stop in Visalia to load up for groceries if you are going to be staying there for a week. The restaurants in town are pretty jammed with other tourists and it can seem harder to find a parking space in town to eat. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Casita.

The host was amazing! The communication is outstanding! He goes above and beyond. For example, my phone was filled with suggestions on things to do and helpful things in the area. The place is cute, super clean with tons of character! It's so close to national park my girlfriend thought I put the wrong address in. It's also has a walkway to the beautiful river behind it. Stay here! You won't regret it!

Didn't Want to Leave

The casita was perfect for me and my wife's stay. We enjoyed some lazy time over a couple days. It was really nice to have the Gateway restaurant in walking distance. The private river front space was very enjoyable. We will be back and recommend this location to others.

This Casita is the perfect place to stay when visiting the parks! Sequoia is right around the corner! The host responded very quickly when we messaged about the WIFI being down. It was back up by the time we got back from the park. The river is a bonus, its so peaceful. The casita was clean, and had everything we needed. If we ever get a chance to go back, we know where we are staying!

The only issue we had, was that there was NO additional lock inside the room. I didn’t know who else had the passcode to get in, whether it was the cleaning crew, pass guests and so on. Overall our stay was nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. BTW
.there was no sponge to was the dishes so I had to use one of the wash cloth from the bathroom
