Njut av lyxen på denna duplex vid havet i Kure Beach. Varje sida har fyra sovrum, tre fulla bad och ett halvt bad. Detta är perfekt för en familj på åtta. Med cirka 2100 kvadratmeter utrymme kommer din familj att ha gott om utrymme att sträcka ut och koppla av. Om denna sida inte är tillgänglig är den andra sidan nästan identisk. Behöver mer utrymme? Hyr angränsande Burpeau Unit B, enhet K028, för större grupper!

På bottenvåningen hittar du två sovrum, ett badrum och tvättstuga. På första våningen finns vardagsrummet, ett vackert kök utrustat med rostfria vitvaror och bänkskivor i granit och en halv badrum. På andra våningen finns ytterligare två sovrum, alla med eget privat badrum.

Perfect location!

Great property with plenty of room. This duplex is right on the beach and a 2 minute walk to the pier. Will for sure stay there again.

Great place

We had a great stay this past weekend. Loved the upstairs deck to work from while looking at the ocean. The walk to the pier and to the beach was easy and quick. We had a surprise with a polar plunge 5k that ran in front twice and that was very cool to cheer on. We only used the upstairs rooms, but the bottom ones looked fine. The absolute only feedback is need another settee/loveseat like in pictures. Would have been nice to have a comfortable option other than hard back chair. Definitely not a deal breaker, we will hopefully stay again with our pups!

Beach view vacation

Beautiful home, amazing views, walking distance to pier. Clean and quiet. Only bad thing was the smell of previous animal stays and urine smell. Would come back and stay again..

Great location but run down and worn out

Nice location but:The unit is filled with worn-out furniture, most of which looks like it was purchased from a thrift shop. Nearly all of it is cheap and dated — more appropriate for a Motel 6 than a 450-per-night rental.There is not enough seating in the living room. For a unit advertised to sleep nine, there’s only seating for three — The VRBO listing photos depict a more complete and comfortable seating area, which does not match what’s actually there.The master bed was missing a bed skirt, exposing a stained and worn box spring. The lining under the box spring is detached and hanging to the floor. A blanket pulled from the closet was torn. The rug is dirty, frayed, and covers a squeaky floor with visible water damage.The master bathroom tub has mildew along the top edge. The curtain rod and shower head are heavily corroded. The shower head, clogged with mineral deposits, emits only a weak stream of water. The living room ceiling has visible water stains and separation cracks in the drywall.From the single tiny rock-hard bar of soap in each bathroom to the lone roll of bargain paper towels, the single dishwashing pod for a weeklong stay, one beach chair for two units, and one worn puzzle for entertainment — it all speaks to a minimum of effort to make guests feel welcome, and no effort to make them want to return

Peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay in the off season. The house was very spacious for our family of 3. We didn’t even use the bottom floor except to do laundry. Although a duplex, the walls seem thick because we never heard our neighbors. Great view, quiet area, and overall a relaxing trip!

The view was amazing the house is a great size its right in the middle of everything food entertainment pier you got it we really enjoyed it coming back soon the only thing I can recommend is the cleaning is par other than that it was perfect thanks for a great stay

Spring break fun

The place was very nice and as advertised. I do think if there was some updated bedroom furniture I would have rated this 5 star. The main areas were great the kitchen Was well stocked. I did notice sand as soon as we stepped foot in so that is why I say it could have been cleaned better.

Beautiful 3 story home on beach

We really enjoyed our stay! Propriety mgmt were great to work with and being just steps from the beach made it so convenient. Loved how close it was to the pier and restaurants as well. Towels from previous guests left in bathroom but not the home owner or prop mgmt fault. We just left them behind the door until it was time to leave and then moved them out to be more visible when we left.

Long Weekend Getaway

House was larger than expected and kitchen was great. Located directly across from beach just have to cross dunes and a very narrow street. Furniture could have been better especially on decks but view is fantastic and being that it was off season not many people on beach. Lots of fisherman that you need to navigate around them on beach though. This town needs more retail and restaurants...for good food you need to drive about 15 minutes. Great time overall and we would rent this place again.

Great Beach house close to everything

Beautiful Home with glorious view

We had a wonderful few days at this beachfront home located in the quaint beach town of Kure Beach. The house was clean, well appointed with all the amenities, and well maintained. It was perfect for our 2 dogs who enjoyed laying on the cool tile floors. The boardwalk separating the house from the beach was a wonderful place to walk the dogs and stop and chat with friendly residents and visitors. The 2 porches facing the beach were perfect to sit and relax, while watching the waves roll in. A little beach convenience store just a few blocks away eliminated the need to go to the grocery store. Proximity to the historic Fort Fisher site and the aquarium was also quite nice.

Great Location - House needs work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is what you pay for here. Close to the pier, shops, restaurants and a stone's throw to the beach. The house...well..., leaky roof in one of the bedrooms, serious black mold in multiple areas, towel racks that fall off the wall. It was very sparsely decorated - In the master bedroom we used a chair for a nightstand. We made it work, but for the money, there's better options.

Great location, Home’s amenities not ideal for us

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved proximity to Pier and Restaurants. The floors in the home were filthy upon arrival. The Home was also not Ideal for privacy or relaxation: Immediate next door neighbor is undergoing massive renovations so we had to listen to hammers and power tools all day. This home is also a Duplex with shared wall - the duplex neighbors had a dog that was constantly barking. The kids bedrooms are in the first floor/basement which is 2 floors away from the master which was not ideal for safety/security. We would not likely stay in this home again.
