Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in this property for a fun weekend skiing and it was great, the condo is 3 minutes walking to the ski lifts. Also is equiped with everything you need for cooking, hot tub and everything is very nice, I highly recommend this property. The description is very accurate in regards of the amenities and location. My only complaint would be that for check out you have to go to downtown Ketchum to return the keys to the leasing office and is a little inconvinient if you need to go to the airport afterwards.

Great location

Short walk to warm springs lifts and ski rentals and Apple’s. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it spacious enough for a family of six. Nice view of the hill also and lifts.

Wonderful location. 5 minute walk to the Warm Springs lift. Clean unit with everything that we needed. Only negative was no hot tub.

Ski week

It was a great unit. I liked that it was bright and sunny and had easy access to the ski hill and town and views of the resort. Beds were all comfortable and kitchen had needed items.

We owned GH09 from 1993-2003, and it was nice to be back in the unit. Everything was fine except for two things: (1) the toilet seat in the downstairs main bedroom was loose when we arrived; and (2) there was very little firewood on the deck for the fireplace, although we didn't have any fires while we were there. g

I’m not sure the listing stated that there were 14 stairs to climb to the unit front door. This was challenging for me. Also the parking situation at Greyhawk was challenging. Given a pass for the upper or only then a pass for upper and lower. The snowplow would knock on your door to move your car so he could clear, which was inconvenient. Sometimes there were no spots available in the upper lot.

Nice cozy condo

Everything felt clean and the condo had what we needed. Excellent location to watch skiers coming down the slopes and quickly walk to Warm Springs lodge. Great stay!

Very close to Warm Springs Lodge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Grayhawk 10 last year. Grayhawk 9 this year. Three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and in-unit laundry in both is great. Modern and clean and a nice view of the slopes from both units. Only issue is having to go up and down the stairs with skis, especially after a long day of skiing. On our last day, an owner said something about storing his skis in or close to the communal laundry room but I didn’t check it out. Other issue was 3 families in our 3 bedroom but only allowed 2 parking passes. Understandable for busy times but our week was not busy and we still had to move cars around daily for fear of getting booted.

It's was great to have 3 full bathrooms!

Great overall, but there was no patio or balcony to sit as a small group to enjoy the outside views. The plus side to this condo was there were 3 Full size bathrooms, so it's was wonderful not to be waiting. Plenty of linen & kitchenware, etc.

Pool was cold for three days and the response from property management was "that is a HOA issue". I felt like there should have been some financial compensation. not having The "Hot Pool" was a big bummer for the kids and us on a ski vacation.

Nice condo walking distance to the Warm Springs chairlifts. A bit dated but provides everything you need for a short stay. The only real improvement would be the beds, everyone in our party commented that the beds were not the most comfortable.
