Välkommen till ditt hem hemifrån. Njut av komfort och lyx medan inbäddat i den majestätiska toppar Bald Mountain och Dollar Mountain, en del av Smoky Mountain Range. Vackra 3 sovrum rymlig villa med nya möbler hela. Beläget i hjärtat av Sun Valley / Ketchum Idaho. Högt i tak i denna öppna planlösning med befälhavaren säng och badrum på samma våning som stora rum / kök. Great West Ketchum läge nära Bigwood River, cykelled och River Run Hissar. Lätt promenad till backarna, cykelled, restauranger, gondol, shopping och nattliv. Komplett kök med nya vitvaror, TV / DVD, höghastighetsinternet med WiFi, jacuzzi badkar med jetstrålar i master bad, gas spis, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, varmgarage, parkering på plats.

Vi är 1/3 mil från centrum Sun Valley / Ketchum för bekväm tillgång till restauranger, barer, shopping, kaféer, kaféer, en biograf, musik och underhållning. Wood River YMCA på vägen till Warm Springs är en toppmodern anläggning med allmänhetens tillgång via dag eller veckokort. Anläggningen har ett gym, gympa, en uppvärmd inomhuspool med lekplats för barnen och en vattenrutschkana, en jacuzzi, simbassäng, ångbastu, crossfit anläggning, klättring vägg och mycket mer! De har även barnomsorg, om det behövs.

För vintermånaderna, vi är 1/2 mil från River Run Ski Lodge & hissar för enkel åtkomst till skidåkning / snowboard Bald Mountain (Mt Baldy). Promenad till berget tar ca 5 minuter på en plan vandringsled längs floden. Vi är några miles från Sun Valley Lodge-området som erbjuder underhållning för hela familjen med en utomhus skridskobana och en bowlinghall.

För sommarmånaderna, vi är en mil från Bigwood Golf Course och 1/4 mil från Atkinson Park med en stor lekplats för barnen. I parken finns också en stor gräsplan för fotboll eller kasta fotboll och ett antal tennisbanor. En cykelväg går precis bakom lägenheten och du kan ta det för miles i endera riktningen tar i den vackra bakgrund av Wood River Valley. Fisket i Sun Valley är bland de bästa i världen och lägenheten ger enkel åtkomst till de närliggande sjöar och floder. Om mountainbike är din sak, kan du hyra cyklar från flera platser i staden och gå utforska de hundratals spår i och runt Sun Valley. Gondolen på Bald Mountain löper under hela sommaren och ger dig obegränsad tillgång till rida neråt enkelspår. Vi är också mycket nära till Sun Valley skatepark, så ta växeln för barnen.

Terrific space!

Terrific floor plan and layout for two couples. We have been coming up to Sun Valley for over 30 years and typically stay in town, but this changed our minds about location. It was still super convenient and much quieter, even though the complex was basically full during our stay. Quiet, peaceful, short, walk to river run lodge, and overall great location. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Winter Trip

Great property for our family ski trip! Walking distance to the lodge and ski lift. Also close to downtown Ketchum for dining and shopping. The space and decor were well done. Kitchen met all our needs.

Great Golf Trip

The property was ideally situated in a quiet part of town and really close to downtown with a lot of great food options. We ate at Warfield Distillery, The Kneadery, Despo's, Pioneer Saloon, and Smokey Mountain Pizzeria were all awesome! We played golf at the Sun Valley courses which are beautiful and the weather was fantastic in June. Communication with the owner Andy was great and he was quick to respond and give suggestions on what to do. Would definitely come back again.

Fall visit

This is a beautiful and well maintained condo in Ketchum. Everything seems like new and top quality. It was a perfect spot for a fall visit. We would absolutely return here for a ski vacation too.

A Great Property & Great Owner

We took a post XMAS vacation to Sun Valley for some skiing, and for a medium size family this property is a perfect setup. Clean, well equiped kitchen, nice bedding, nice location, and great access to all the fun that the area provides. Andy was likely the best owner / manager I have ever dealt with on a rental too. Very proactive, and was immediately responsive to all inquiries or local advice. Book it, and have fun like we did!

Amazing experience

We had a fantastic time as a family of 6. Andy was the ideal host, making sure everything was the way we needed it to be. He provided great info and was super responsive with any communication. It was the perfect space and location to town was easy. We walked and biked in to town. It was located right next to the path. The place was super clean and really nice. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic spot!

We had a group of 8 for a wedding, and this property couldn’t have been better for us. It was plenty of space for all of us, and kept us close to town and all of the wedding activities. Andy could not have been more helpful or responsive either. Would absolutely recommend booking this for your next trip.

Exactly what we wanted!

Perfect place to stay in West Ketchum. The owner was easy to communicate with, the townhome was really nicely appointed and clean. Quick to either Warm Springs or River Run and close to town. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay in Ketchum!

Our family has stayed in lots of VRBOs, and this one is definitely in the top 2 or 3. The location is excellent for both skiing & town. The condo was super clean, with nice high ceilings and a great open floor plan kitchen/family room. The host is very friendly & helpful. If we come back to Ketchum, and I hope we do, this will be the first place I look to book. PS - Tator Trailor on Main Street was a huge hit with this family!

Wonderful Stay

Our family of four had a fantastic stay in Ketchum and Andy's condo was a great homebase for our vacation. Andy stayed in touch with us via text which made the check in and check out process super easy. The condo was very clean upon arrival and perfect for our family of four. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The location is convenient to the town of Ketchum for restaurants and shopping. Thank you and can't wait to come back!

Early Christmas With Our Family

Beautiful location next to the mountains. Very cozy and warm amposhere. Had a wonderful time celebrating a early Christmas with our kids! Andy was amazing to work with. Always answered my questions within a short time and was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend this property 👌

Great condo in a fantastic location

We loved staying at this property! The condo is cozy and comfortable, with everything our family needed. It was a quick walk to River Run lodge for skiing and into town for dinner. Just wonderful!

Long weekend getaway

Very easy check in. Andy told us we could check in early if we wanted. Andy was very prompt in replying to any questions we had. The condo is very nice and comfortable. The beds are great, the linens are very nice. The living room was fairly small but it was perfect for the two of us. No view, but no view was advertised, so that’s fine. Very close to down town. . We happened to be there during the Trailing of the Sheep Festival and that was quite fun. We went to the Craters of the Moon National Monument and really enjoyed that. Wonderful weekend. Thank you Andy.

Sun Valley has always been one of our favorite cities in the world and we're so excited to finally have a place here to call our own. We are a very active family and love the outdoors, so Sun Valley is a natural fit. What we still haven't figured out is which season we love the most here!
