The Space:
The space features an open living area with wood-like floors throughout. All new furnishings throughout the unit. The living area features a couch, two comfy chairs, balcony access. This west-end, corner unit, features a wrap-around balcony with stunning views of the beach. Our well-equipped kitchen includes quartz counters, ample counter space, and stainless appliances, with seating for 6 at the bar. There is a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker in this condo. The space also features a washer & dryer & Wi-Fi.

Moving into the bedrooms, you'll see the master suite boasts a spacious king-size bed, lovely décor, private bath, balcony access, & a wonderful beach view to wake up to. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The third bedroom includes two double beds. Seaside Beach & Racquet 3601 can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through a third-party beach service company during the Spring and Summer months. The tropical courtyard features two large outdoor pools, an expansive sundeck, gazebo, shuffle board, and outdoor beach-side showers. Other amenities at Seaside Beach & Racquet include exercise room, sauna, steam room, indoor pool, tennis courts, a BBQ area with picnic tables. This gated community has an on-site security guard on duty 24/7.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all of the complex amenities which include sauna, steam room, indoor pool, tennis courts, a BBQ area with picnic tables.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is located near all of the dining, shopping, and entertainment that Orange Beach has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

Parking for condo: Purchase parking pass upon arrival ($50 per vehicle with 2 vehicle MAX) from guard at gate. Building 3 is the westernmost beachfront building.
